Easy place to get parts and the guys are all very nice and if they don't have a part they can make some fabrications!! Just an all around great shop and I found out the owner ( Bill) has other stores in Tipton and a few other places!

Amazing service, great store. The gun shop in the back has one of the best selections in the county, and can find anything you want. Very helpful and family run.

If these guys don't have it, you don't need it. Great guys with a really cool firearms and ammo selection. Competitive pricing and always better to support a small business. Definitely recommend.

I'm not sure about the two bad reviews, but these guys are not rude or racist. They are conservative people with values and integrity. I've purchased at least 10 hand guns from Bill and the boys. I've never had a bad experience, in fact, I've always received expert advice and great service. Locally owned, mom & pop store. I travel 1 hour each way so that I can get amazing service and support from a mom & pop shop -- as apposed to the corporate box stores in my town.

Horrible experience. I went in to purchase some ammunition for my .243. Bob said he was unable to sell me ammunition without me buying a firearm so I have been wanting to buy a .17HMR for sometime and so I went ahead and began the purchase paid for the rifle in full. I finished up with all my background paperwork I thought about it and decided to buy some ammo for the .17 HMR because of how scarce ammo is. I charged my card for the .17HMR and began to leave and I said oh I need to get that .243 and he said I would have to buy a whole rifle for him to sell me the ammo and I said you told me I would have to buy a gun to buy ammo not specifying at all that it had to be the same caliber just said I would have to buy a rifle to buy ammo. So I left and went to my truck and thought about it and I felt like I was cheated into buying a .17HMR when bob knew from the beginning I was in there to buy .243 specifically. Let along the fact how rude he was and tried to lecture me like I was stupid saying "I didn't think I had to spell it out for you" I told bob that I want a refund not a lecture so don't lecture me give me my money and his son gets in my face saying he's not going to allow me to disrespect his father. He won't admit he was looking for a fight but he was staring me down and in my face wanting to fight. His son needs to relax and not be so hot headed when there are firearms involved. Because that is a bad situation all around and nobody needs that. This situation maybe an isolated one and who knows they all might have had a bad day but the level of disrespect and lack of customer service is appalling. I will definitely never return and will be letting everyone know how much of a horrible experience I had. Valley Gun and Turner's Outdoors will definitely appreciate my business.
