This place should be called Phogazzi, pho restaurant but not authentic. If you ever walk in a pho place, and it has imitation crab in their pho RUN!!!!!! Does not have Vietnamese people, does not have viet music, get your behind out otherwise you'll spend $75 like I did today and be disappointed. Pass Thai had no flavor, chicken tasted old and nasty, shrimp was boiled and tossed in. Very disappointed. Service was kind of lacking as well.

Pho & Spring Rolls are my favorite. Seems like this is the only place in Tulare who has these two items.

Pho is amazing! It never disappoints! This is definitely my go to spot when I need something warm!!! I really need to try all flavors, I only get the beef! The cashier is super sweet and nice, I always call in my order and it's always ready within 10/15 mins

Very plain and very expensive Won't come here again wouldn't recommend If your looking for a new spot I thought it would be good was definitely not

Service was great the chills need to be more spicier over the shrimp was fire I order also pho chicken it look kind of different .

One of the blandest pho I've ever had. The broth had a light brown color and looked good but it tasted plain. I felt like it was missing some fish sauce or other ingredients in the broth. For a large, it cost about $16 which wasn't too bad with the amount of protein given. Not sure if I would give this place another try.

First time having pad tai and it was amazing. My whole world changed lol. The food was So good. Quick and fast service. The restaurant was very quiet. Not even music was playing. Good experience though.

I'm going to be honest, I was very excited to try this place. I just moved here from Wa state and took a friend here for a birthday dinner. She wanted Chinese food, but there weren't any places open so I suggested Vietnamese because it's my favorite Asian cuisine. Unfortunately, it was not good. The food was not good at all. The "sweet and sour" sauce tasted like sugary ketchup. The chow mein and fried rice had no flavor. I had to add so many sauces to it to make it edible. Even sriracha didn't help much. Even the eggrolls weren't good. I felt really bad that I had brought my friend to this place because she doesn't have much experience with ethnic food and this was definitely not the experience I wanted to give her. The service wasn't horrible and the people working weren't rude, although definitely could have been better. I won't be coming here again.

Pho was delicious, the bran sprouts needs more attention ( need to peel off the black part).
