We have taken our lifted Rubicon here for the past 15 yrs Juan has always done excellent work regardless of the job we are having done. They do good work and are very trustworthy. Sometimes a bit of a wait but always satisfied. Going back this week for a BlueOx setup on the Rv to tow Rubicon with ease. Finally want those sissy steps added too.

Called on Monday morning but no answer so I sent an e-mail. A lady called me back and said the guy showed up late and they were busy, short a guy, blah blah blah but the manager of the store would call me back that day. It's been 2 days and I've never heard back from them. Their website says "Performance-Offroad.com is not just another website selling parts, but an actual place where you can bring in your stock ride and let us transform it into the off-road beast you've always wanted." Too bad they're so flaky that they can't even return a phone call. These are the LAST guys I'd want working on my truck. Like the last girl said: Chumps. :(

Had such a great experience here today. I never leave reviews but it's rare that, as a woman, I feel comfortable and trust places to take my car. Highly recommend. They were kind, friendly, worked really fast, and a great price! Thanks guys!

The name is Performance Offroad but they have done excellent regular maintenance and customization of cars also. I've hade tune-ups, brake jobs and more. The owner Juan is always on location helping customers and working on vehicles. A shop with high standards for customers and their vehicles no matter what is needed.

Installer damaged LCA alignment bolts, bent alignment tabs, and flattened alignment guides. Was really excited getting my truck done by Juan until alignment shops won't touch my truck due to the damage caused by the installation. I was hoping for a quality job, but instead, I get my truck back with damaged alignment tabs and alignment bolts. I am really disappointed by this since I now have to have another shop realign the tabs and weld them and also fork out more money to buy replacement alignment bolts. It is safe to say that I won't ever be bringing my vehicles here for any service/ installation due to the quality of this installation.

This shop was recommended by a friend to have a lift done on my truck, went in, guy gave me a quote, took my deposit of $3000, ordered the parts and stated it would take a week, week came and nothing, tires arrived not the wheels, the guy next week, best week arrives, only rear shocks arrive not the front, next week again, the front shocks arrived, wrong set of Fox Shocks, I specifically ordered Fox DSC, he then tells me he cannot get the shocks I ordered, 2 weeks pass, nothing, I tell him I would like my deposit back so I can go somewhere else and get my truck lifted, he gave me nothing but sissy excuses and blamed it on COVID-19 but he only uses 1 vendor to get his parts, no attention to customer service, so he tells me if I can find the shocks, he'll put them on and credit me, I found the shocks, paid for them, 2 days later they arrived, I take truck in, guy tells me the rear shocks he ordered are bad, leaking, he never checked shocks and they sat in his shop for weeks, finally shocks arrive, he does the work, then tells me the shocks aren't to the right height, he has to charge me to level my truck, he finally said he wouldn't charge, truck get done, bill time, he nickel and dimed me on the parts because I bought the shocks and now the kit was not a set, Performance Off Road does customers dirty, charges you in a sneaky way and he took 6 weeks to get my truck done and when he said the truck was ready, I still waited for almost 2 hours to leave the shop, very unprofessional customer service, be very careful when dealing with this shop.

I took my truck there to get a 6 inch lift kit, rims and tires, and rear air bags. First, they overcharge compared to other shops. I am not one to complain about price if the work supports it. Performance told me it would take 3 days max to complete the work. After the 4th day I drove by and saw the front of my truck sitting about 8 inches and the back 6. I called and called and called asking when my truck would be done. They continued to tell me they were almost done. Finally, after almost a week, I went down there. They told me they were having trouble installing new front shocks. That is why it was taking so long and the front was up so high when I drove by. Instead of telling me and being honest they were having an issue, they lied everytime I called. Once I got my truck back, I have had so many problems with bolts not being tight, alignment off, and the balance of my tires wrong. You would think after spending almost $6,500 things would be done correctly. The owner is a nice guy. I wont take that from him, but he is way over his head and adopted the "quantity over quality" mentality. I would not recommend the shop unless he values quality over quantity and backs the reason for overcharging. I'm still contemplating on taking him to court for all the money I spent to correct his work.
