Payless Towing

Bought vehicle there specifically asked & was verbally told by rude broad, apparently owners wife I heard, behind counter, & on 'their' paperwork, dmv fees under $400 LIARS more like nearly $1,000 so wasted $2,800 on buying vehicle can't drive! If could give negative stars I would! LIARS & THIEFS!

I believe was the dispatchers name was Rita was very helpful the tow service that was provided was on time friendly and very knowledgeable

We just bought a truck from Payless Towing. The truck is great but ... They didn't tell us there was a sticker near the gas that said "Diesel only". We talked with the guy at the lot about needing to put gas in the tank after we left the lot. All it would have taken was a mention that the stick was wrong ... but no. We put diesel in the truck after leaving the lot and didn't even get two miles away, obviously. It cost almost $1,000 to get it fixed. The place that fixed it said it was in pretty good running condition EXCEPT for the diesel, obvs. How hard would it have been to tell us about the sticker? The truck is out of the shop and running fine now but it took three weeks (we had to leave the truck and get a rental car) and $1,000 (not including the rental car costs) to fix something that never had to happen.

Recently had an opportunity to pay for a tow after a flat tire. This company responded quickly, and the price was very realistic and competitive. Also, they gave me a peace of mind during the process. Good job!

Would NEVER recommend using this company. So sorry this happened. Payless Towing was called to our hotel to pickup a guests' vehicle. The driver was careless digging up good size chucks of our newly paved driveway and left a large amount of oil, unknown if was tow truck or guests' car that was towed ( my money is on the tow truck as it was not there prior to towing ). Called Payless Towing and was RUDELY told that the manager already called and Pete, ho said he was the manager and had to wait for the owner, said he'd be out to check it....after 11 hours still waiting on him.

100% recommend Payless Towing. My Drover went out of his way to get he job done , & went the extra mile. knew completely what he was doing , & he exemplifies real professionalism. I would recommend Payless to everybody

My car was in there care for 4 days . I had tools in the truck an I did not find them . I asked them about it an they had no knowledge about the tools in my truck . Sounds like thieves if you ask me .

Love this place. They had great customer service. This company responded quickly. I recommended to my friends who had the same experiencer They explained the towing process to put me at ease. I had a flat tire, so I was kind of freaking out. The price was very realistic.

RATE 0 STARS Curious how many victims are out there concerning "predatory towing". Falsified information documented concerning the illegal removal of my vehicle. Definitely a punitive experience with this company. Jimmie was not 100% truthful nor knowledgeable enough about many of my concerns/questions; intentional deflection. Encourage all to review towing laws and exercise your rights!! Your voice matters.
