Payless Mini Storage

Over priced, won't accept credit cards without charging you and yet they can't see to make ENOUGH money. Either mail your payment early, pay the fee to use a credit card or go directly to the business. They DO NOT have the capabilities to make your payment via website/internet where as other storage companies have had this capability for quite some time!In my opinion they are greedy!

Had great deals/specials, customer service was great family owned, property looked well kept will post pics once I move some of my things in storage.

Ive used storage facilities in the past and have never really been treated too kindly. i mostly get the impression that the kinds of people that run these places think they can treat you however they want and youll buy a storage space just because you really need one.This was not the case with this storage place. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and asked if i could be helped. When i told the girl at the counter i needed to rent a space she was more than helpful.She introduced herself as the manager, which surprised me because she looked young. but she went over the pricing and deals with me thoroughly. explaining the best options for me and even showing me some of the units so i knew exactly what i was renting. I left feeling like nothing had been left unexplained. most places give you a number and let you walk out the door feeling confused and having to go searching for the right place to put your things, but she made sure i understood everything. the prices were good. they had a special running which saved me 2 months rent, so i was happy.
