Nancy was so awesome to work with for my son's first birthday! All I had to do was tell her the theme and she was so accommodating. His birthday was on New Year's Eve and the weather wasn't the greatest so everything had to be inside the house last minute. Her and her husband was efficient in the set up! The kids loved it and especially my son. I definitely would hire her again for his next birthday!

Highly recommend! Rented the mini 8x8 package for my daughter's Berry first birthday & I just can't get over how cute it was! The kids loved it! Staff was on time and set up the softplay area before my guests arrived. Equipment & toys were clean. Booking was simple and pricing was transparent. No complaints! The owner Nancy is sweet and helps put together a package to meet your needs. Thank you again for helping make my baby's day extra special!

I personally wouldn't recommend to my family and friends due to the poor unprofessional customer service I received. I was inquiring with the owner Nancy about a setup for my sons first birthday (she knew the date, time, location and party package we wanted) I even sent her pictures of the area we had available to setup on. In the middle of our conversation she proceeds to read my messages, never reply and completely go MIA while still posting and being active on their businesses social media page. My family and I ended up booking with a different family owned soft play rental @KIDNFUNPLAYZONE and they were lovely to work with!!!!! :)
