12 out of 10 customer service from the beginning.From the beginning, I was recommended Parlor Wax Co by multiple friends on instagram.I was able to easily find their phone number online and schedule a same-day appointment . As a male, scheduling waxing services is a little intimidating.But from the get everyone was super nice and helpful.When I showed up to my appointment, I was greeted by Jayme. She is super nice and professional and I was quickly taken into the back and my whole service lasted no longer than 10 minutes.(Granted I only did my ear and nose hair)But nevertheless Jayme was super cool and fun to talk too.When I was paying getting ready to leave I could not help but smell the how good the entire shop smells.I ended up purchasing a candle as well.Went with Apple Bourbon cuz it smells Soooo soooo Good! Thank you for all your help!

So I've gone a couple more times since my review and felt disappointed that it was trending as a 4 star place.I prefer to support small local businesses rather than go to large chains but was getting restless.Finally I decided to go again but switch providers (duh, I forgot we have the option to do that!), and it made a world of a difference!I can now confidently state them as a 5 star joint.I am well pleased with the gentleness and kind bedside manner of the provider I now see instead.Thank you, Parlor wax co!

This place is a must ! To begin I called to make an appointment because the ratings in this place were high, and I am very picky when it comes to waxing. Upon entering the place looks luxurious, tidy and it's stocked with homemade candles; what's not to love? I was quickly called in to my room for a Brazilian and I was so happy that the pain was very minimal and the results were beautiful! I will definitely will be making all my waxing appointments here from now.

Not much of a waiting time but since it is located downtown then you need to come early to find parking. I have been coming for about a year and amazing service! I am in and out in 10 minutes or less for a Brazilian. I always request my service with Sandi. It's is a cute environment.

Never would you have thought the best eyebrow places I've been to is in Bakersfield! Easy online scheduling. Ana did my brows and she did a fantastic job! If I lived in Bakersfield, I would be a regular. The place has cute vibes for a waxing salon. While you're waiting you can see and smell candles made by the owner herself!If I am ever around Bakersfield again, definitely returning for their service!

I have been coming here for about a year and never had an issue. Sandra has always been my go to, for Brazilians, I come for Brazilians and to get my lip waxed. The price is greatly priced one thing I love is that when getting a Brazilian done they do it all, Brazilian is front back in between the cheeks I've been to a few places on Bakersfield that Brazilian is just the front and extra for the back crack and in between not here.Sandras customer service is great super friendly and courteous. Everyone up front too.I've never had a bad experience here and hope to never have one so I will continue to come here. Always.

It was my first time here and I went to get a Brazilian wax and what i liked is the time she took and the quality of the waxing in general. I usually do a hard wax and they usually take a while to get it done. This waxing was cheap, painless, and quick. On top of that she used tweezers after she was done which was new to me and one of the reasons I'll come back. She got it done very fast she was really nice and the conversation was good.

What a cute and unique little wax salon!First timer here today.Came in for my eyebrows and was not disappointed.Side note, Parking was a little hectic, but considering it's downtown it is expected.Lol.Moving on, I was greeted right away by a young lady named Sandy, who checked me in. I was even like 30 mins early, but she got me in within 5 mins. Awesome!Sandy was also my technician! She was so bubby and friendly and did a very professional job on my brows!Very impressed by her work considering how how bad and bushy I let my brows get lol.I felt very comfortable and welcomed and left very satisfied.They also have a little lotion bar in the front with little soaps and lotions and skin care products.Very neat.Thanks Sandy and family! I will return.

Aurora has done my eyebrows twice and both times she's done an amazing job. Parking can be a bit hectic but worth it.

Aurora is amazing! Super friendly and very professional. Will not go anywhere else! Clean and comfortable!
