Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered online for delivery Friday night around 8ish. Got the build your own pizza along with 4 extra dipping sauces.Smooth process overall ordering online.Pizza was hot and nicely made and came in about 30 minutes. Had a decent amount of toppings and the taste was delicious.Price was about 40$ without tip.

order 2 Large pizza on line for cary out there special for $7.77 each turns out that i only got one large pizza for $19.20. i don't understand how is that the special for carry out the so call (manager ) said that he will not honor the deal for carry out online. so i payed 19.20 for one large pizza. for cary out for that price i could of have two. the manager was being rude told me to place the order again. why would i do that if he's not going to honor there online deal.

I love Papa John's but I miss the chicken. I still love the salad bar the ice cream and deserts. But again I miss their chicken. Customer service could be better at the bar, & keep them comingin the tv room during the games. The games are fun, and the pizzas are excellent!

I ordered one of their heart shaped pizza tonight for delivery. We opened the box and a business card for a detailing company was on top of our pizza. We kept calling to speak with a manager but they would just pick up and put us on hold.

I get that times are tough. But what I just experienced was not okay - and the fact that I spent $20 on pizza and left because I was so disturbed - didn't ask for a refund - should tell you that it was pretty awful. I just said no way and left.1. The girl making the dough was messing with her face mask and touching her hair and the going straight back to the pizza dough without washing her hands.2. The delivery guy came in with an order and she started chewing him out loud enough for me to hear. He handed her a receipt from his hands that came from his car, and then went right back to the pizza dough! Never washed her hands. No way. Even without COVID, that is NOT SAFE food handling! I'm out $20 but at least I have my health.

Had it once, and plainly not good. The company has to get on the ball with their pizza they're serving.

My kids love the cheese sticks but there is one employee, a male, who always messes up my order. First, the blonde girl says 10-15 mins., so I arrive at 20mins. To be told by the guy, that he accidentally gave my order to the customer before me and would have to make it all over again.So I wait another 12 minutes. I tried the place twice more just for the benefit of the doubt that the guy was having a bad day. But once I got the guy again, he takes my order over the phone and doesn't ask my name or number just ready in 20- 25 mins. So I was already expecting to arrive at no food ready. Once I arrived the same guy says he didn't ask my info and now he wants the info and gives me my food but didn't give me the 2liter soda I asked for over the phone and he already charged me my food.Súper annoying to have to avoid one employee. Best of luck getting anyone else to help you, but him.

Just horrible! I asked for extra sauce and literally they game me almost NO sauce at all. Also i got the buffalo wings... but no buffalo sauce! Don't waste your time here, not worth it!

Pizza is sooo good, customer service is perfect & they work fast 10/10 recommend. Definitely worth every penny
