Great Yummy pastries from Central America it took me a while to find this place, but now I go regularly come here.

This was my first time ever getting a Rosca. This Rosca was sooooo good. Very moist and fluffy. It reminded me of a Large concha cake. They also have theee best little Conchitas. If you want some bomb conchitas. Please come here. Their so good. Especially before the early afternoon. Their fresh and warm and straight out the oven. I love this Bakery. Support your local Bakery!!!

Have always heard great things about them so we finally gave it a try, their mini concha's were our favorite. We also ordered a tres leches cake with fresh strawberries and bananas inside and it was delicious. Definitely will be our go to bakery.

The service here is horrible. I've ordered through doordash 2 times and when I go pick up my order "it's not in the system" or "they haven't received it". The last time I went they told me the order never came through. They asked for the receipt and I showed them and yet they never respected my order. It was 2 dozens of the mini concha's. I asked if I showed them the receipt why can't I get my order? Their response was "if it's not in the system they won't respect it" a couple customers had the same issue and they said the same thing. If ordering through doordash is an issue why do they continue with the process. They can't even offer good customer service in respecting the receipt because it was definitely paid for. For this reason I will no longer support for their poor customer service and food quality. I gave them a second chance to see if there would be improvement and unfortunately there wasn't.

I came in early this week to order a Spider-Man birthday cake. The lady that works the night shift was very helpful and took my order. My cake order was scheduled to be picked up at 3PM the following day. So next day comes and at 3:05PM I receive a voicemail from ONE missed call saying that the printer for the Spider-Man decoration ran out of ink. I am assuming the owner is the one who called me. He said "If you still want it I can give you $10 off. I get to the store and the owner wasn't there anymore so the young lady helped me and offered to draw spider webs on the cake and put a random toy that they had in stock. The toys they offered were cars, trucks, soccer players, etc. The theme was Spider-Man I obviously didn't want random soccer players on the cake. If they would have communicated with me earlier I could have had time to buy a cake topper and it wouldn't have been a big deal but the fact that they waited till the last minute is ridiculous. Luckily the young lady was able to help me salvage it and found a spider man toy. I'm overall very disappointed with the way my order was handled. The cake looked like it was rushed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Save your money and go to someone you can actual trust with such special occasions.

I bought a chicken tamale and it's not made of cornmeal. It has a gelatin-like texture, like they made it with corn starch, not cornmeal.They told me it was wrapped in a banana leaf. It's thin and yellow, and doesn't cover the entire tamale. It's open from end to end and wrapped in foil. It's slimy looking because of the cheap owner. It's not fresh made the same day, but it's probably at least 3 days in the fridge. So it's not spoiled.The bakery items look great, but I don't know why the inventory is so full. I want to be positive because I bought a cake, and it looks okay.I had the cake. It's okay. It reminds me of vinegar cake.

I've been coming here for at least the last 5 years and they've changed owners about 3 times that I know of. It started with good service then all down hill. I went today and the lady was just rude. I will not give my money to someone who thinks they are entitled of my money. I don't care if they have good bread, service over anything. We are the ones keeping them in business and they should be grateful of their customers and treat us with courtesy and respect. They're not the only ones selling bread. I'll take my business else where

Las conchas no saben buenas y están amarillas nada que ver con la conchas mexicanas y luego se desbaratan ojalá y pudieran mejoras en las conchas ya que en Palmdale no he encontrado una panadería buena
