Every other car wash charges $8 for a basic wash and this place charges $12 and it doesn't even get all the soap off the car.

I always come here for car wash, but this particular Friday, I got an oil change by Carlos. He was quick and knowledgeable. The best part is at the end you receive car wash.

I was in Palmdale visiting a friend. I had some extra time to spare and came across this car wash. Honestly they did an amazing job. The guy up front that was writing my ticket was super nice, friendly, and gave great customer service. I am beyond happy with this place.

It was my first time going to a drive through car wash and I had no idea how the process went. I asked the owner? (I'm assuming) and he was rushing me when I selected what service I wanted, then told me what am I waiting for so long to hurry up and put my debit card in. It rubbed me the wrong way but I ignored it, then I'm about to drive through and I steered wrong and my car didn't go on the tracks at first and he was SOOO irate. He threw his hands up and said when I tell you where to go LISTEN TO ME!!!!! He then put his hands threw my window as I was reversing to try to guide my car tothe tracks, which is rude af because I didn't ask him for help. It's unfortunate that a quick and local car wash has poor management and is condescending to new customers. I won't be coming back

Came here because I was convinced by the hand car wash , but I rather do it myself . The vacuum employee looked bothered to work . The man scrubbing down my car was just gliding thru my car carelessly . Never coming back here again this place deserves 0 stars . I LOOKED AT THERE TOWELS THEY HAD OLD RIPPED ONES THAT ARE NOT MENT TO DRY CARS DOWN . MICROFIBERS TOWELS ARE THE PROPER SUPPLY !! The only hard working man I seen was the old man . Not only that but the inside of my car wasn't wiped down lot vacuumed proper . For 17.99 your better off buying a car wash kit and doing it urself at home .

I visited Palmdale Car Wash on a weekday after work. There were no lines when I got there and they took my vehicle immediately. Customer service was friendly. Their prices are about average compared to nearby locations. I chose this one for its location and did not read any reviews prior. Overall my car came out looking good but there were a few things I was not happy with. - When going through the wash, the employees drive the cars so close to each other and I was afraid they might hit the vehicles in front of them.- My windshield was cleaned with a dirty towel on the inside so it actually came out dirtier than it was since it's a fairly new car.- They sprayed air freshener on my door and it left a bunch of little spots that won't come off. For the amount that I paid, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location for those reasons.

I usually get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube but I was told that I can get a free car wash at this place and decided to check it out. The man who did my oil change name is Carlos. His customer service was excellent! He asked me all the questions necessary to complete his job. He was very informative and helpful. His pleasant demeanor and welcoming energy was really refreshing. It's not often you come across people who care about their job but also care about the customer as well. I was able to upgrade my 2 free car washes as well! He just found a forever customer in me.

Last saturday mat car sunroof glass was crack while been inside on the drying processI talked to the inly child working in that place and have him called the owner to tel himm what had just happenedThe owner right away said am not in the mood to talk and have your attorney sued meHang up on the callI will report his business to the bureau but thats what we have in our neighborhood guys

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Went in for a simple in n out car wash and came out with a $1k expense. Right at the end where the dryers are I guess it was broken and fell right on top of our sunroof and it COMPLETELY SHATTERED! When we asked what happened they said it shattered on its own. How would it shatter on its own!? When asked to speak to the owner his response was "SUE ME!" and hung up on us. A police report will be made! Do not waste your time at this business! Go to the car wash on 26th st and s or bliss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pictures will be posted later
