Last October we celebrated XV years The salon it's very good decor , only that they promises in the package, they don't fulfill, they offer video, photo album, large photo and to date we're still waiting.just carefully ,

I recently had a celebration at Palacio Banquet Hall. I have to say that everything was an amazing experience. Since the day I booked till yesterday the celebration. The staff there are very nice and reliant. The servers were constantly asking if I needed anything, they made sure all of our guest were satisfied. The food was exquisite and the freshness of the salads was delightful. I booked a package which included DJ, the music had all our guest dancing and was also attending to our guests needs. All the beer taken was refrigerated and was served chilled. There AC was nice and cool and our guest loved that. Overall, this experience went so smooth. Thank you Palacio for making this day so special !

Horrible experience we had already set a date left the guy $100 called me a week later telling me he had given up the date when we already had a contract with him. The owner tried making this right he took us to a spot in Van Nuys place looked horrible filthy definitely won't be making business with this guy ever again. What's the point of a contract if there not gonna respect it !

Would definitely recommend this place.. Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary.. The service and food was great. Would definitely have another event here.. Thanks for making our event an unforgettable one..

Great customer service, good tasting food, very reasonable with pricing and payments, very nice space, decor, and enough parking! had my sister's sweet 16 here back in August and now having my grandparents 50th anniversary this coming March, we have/had about 125-130 guest which fit very very comfortably! I Definitely recommend this banquet for any family event!

I just styled and coordinated an event at this banquet hall.1. The venue was selected because of the wall decor . It complimented the RoyalPrincess theme we selected.2. The prices was very reasonable for a Sunday3. We viewed the venue prior to an event and the lights were dimmed.Everything seems great (at a glance) the event took place yesterday and I must say that as an event planner, coordinator and designer I have never been so disappointed in a venue.1. The owner is extremely rude and continuously reminded me that he was Armenian. He did not appreciate a woman directing things.2. The chiavari chair cushions were disgusting filthy (white satin cushions) they store these outside in their personnel only parking no wonder they were filthy.3. We had a guest count of 90 and he refused to remove all extra tables. Specifically saying "why would I do that, why would I work double". Simple answer the client is paying you!4. The floors were filthy5. He used a corner of the venue for storage. Flat screen tv for his personal use in the same corner.6. The bathrooms were also not very clean.8. Food was to be served at 2pm and they moved so slow guest did not begin the main course until 2:45 because food was no ready. Let me not forget to mention that appetizers were suppose to be on the tables at 1 pm sharp. They were not!9. Some of the table settings were not ready at the time the guest arrived. 10. They store all their linen underneath their tables including their napkins.The owner made promises he did not keep! My recommendation is, look for another place that will manage their venue in a professional manner. Or if you have the ability to spend a little more than do so. The only positive thing is my team and I worked our butts off to ensure my client and their guest did not notice any of these issues. I would highly recommend this banquet hall. My family and I have had several parties here. The owner is fair and the service is great. Pricing is very reasonable compared to neighboring banquet halls. The outside isn't that great as it is on Van Nuys Blvd, however the interior is what makes this place so nice. Go check it out and see for yourself.

thi banquet hall rocks !! totally recommended the waiters are very on point on their job and the food is very delicious and the owner very polite and they have the best service in town and is very affordable .

Just had a party at this place. The venue is beautiful and has a very nice light up dance floor, the tables are nice, the lights throughout the whole room are beautiful. We had a lot of fun the waitresses are nice the staff is pretty nice. Just a few negative experiences but I didn't let them interfere with the party. The requested colors were wrong, The DJ was a little bit rude he wouldn't play the music that I kept asking for and I was thrown last minute photographer that would be walking around taking pictures and selling them on the spot without my permission.
