Palace Party Rental

This company is great to work with, and the owner Madlen is very responsive and helpful. The rentals are all clean and in great condition, cloths and cushions are delivered in plastic wrapping so as to keep them clean. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

When planning an event things can be a little stressful, but with the help of George and the entire palace party rental staff it can be a breeze! I walked in completely confused and indecisive of what look I wanted for my dinner party. The staff at palace rental was extremely patient with me and listened to my ideas and guided me to the right pieces. George is a professional and extremely creative. He took one look at my space and heard my ideas I was bouncing around..and offered me everything! From the table..to which chairs matched best.. to plates and cups and utensils. He made me feel like my ideas were understood and the end result was everything I wanted.

Worst service I have ever gotten! Horrible customer service, horrible products. Even the owner got on the phone and was rude. Never use them again. I didn't plan on having my guests sit on broken wood chairs, wobbling and chipping paint for Christmas dinner.In reply to the owners post. I couldn't return the chairs because I rented it for two events two days before Christmas. No other rental company close by had chairs to give me. So return the chairs get a refund and be left with no chairs. Great tactic.

I think this might be the third year in a row that I've rented tables and chairs from this place. Yeah, it looks like a mess in there but they couldn't be nicer people and the rentals are exactly what I need. Decent price, always answer my call and are always helpful.

Palace Party Rental is my go to always! Firstly the staff is kind, efficient, and fulfills everything you had in mind for your event. But the best part is that I am always mind blown of how great everything turns out! They go beyond my expectation! Their inventory is endless and they are up to date with furniture, table settings, decorations. Name it and they will have it, and if they do not they will get it for you by your event. It's nice to have a group of people that care just as much as you do to how your event turns out.Thank you to everyone at Palace Party Rental!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They do not get back to you with any concern you have. Instead of easing my worries, they made them worse! Debbie is very unprofessional and has a bad attitude towards customers. She has 0 customer relation skills! DO NOT use this place!

Terrible customer service at this place! They didn't return my calls for two weeks and then barely spoke english when I called for the fourth time. Then their prices went up and finally when someone was ready to take my order they said they needed two weeks advanced notice.

Great service. I've been using them forever! They've done several events for me and every time they are on point. Timely delivery and pick up. All around easy and great to work with. Local LA people, this is your place for any party rentals.
