Have been coming here for years, they have always had a variety of fantastic gifts, home decor items, and essentials that make life easier and a house a home. The staff here have always been amazing at offering gift advice and their trademark is packing everything for loved one's. We love their attention to detail, quality service is second to none and reflect a bygone era of first class service. We love Pacific Treasures!

This place is overflowing with gifts, kitchen supplies, candles, holiday decor, and more. It was a lot of fun to spend time checking out, and I ended up with some unique products like scissors that work for both left and right handed people, hair ties, popcorn salt (there is a huge selection of popcorn, popcorn poppers, and popcorn flavorings--I love popcorn, too!) and more.

Got a newborn gift here. I like the unique variety of gifts. I come here for the local honey and always look around. Christmas shopping is fun here.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this treasure of a store. Went in for a wedding card and left having spent 400.00. But boy was it worth it. The store is filled with eclectic delights for the kitchen, the bathroom, home decor, and the garden. Looking for a unique gift for a friend, go here. Looking to spoil yourself with something to spruce up your house, go here. We love to decorate our home in a way that accentuates Latin American art. We found beautiful art pieces, cut and hand designed out of oil drums, in the form of suns, tree of life, etc. It was hard to choose one, so I chose two! The people who work there are so nice, helpful, and took the time to answer questions before we made our purchase. Yes it was pricey, but that was our choice. It was worth every penny as our house has been enhanced and it makes my heart happy. I feel so happy that we strolled the streets of Visalia before heading to the wedding, we truly stumbled upon a gem of a store.

This was one of the only stores open during our walk in downtown Visalia, but what a great find! You'll find lots of cooking and baking items, candles, incense, and tons of other miscellaneous items if you are looking for that perfect unique gift. They seem to be in the business of building baskets for the holidays (Easter, Mother's Day, etc), so likely a go-to location to handle any of your gifting needs. Don't forget to check out the wood displays behind the counter that have cool adages.

Pacific Treasures & Gourmet is a great store in the heart of Visalia's beautiful Main Street. This place is chocked full of premium kitchenware, gadgets and many other household items will give any high end chain store in any larger city a run for its money. I stopped in a few weeks ago after having lunch on Main Street and was happy to see a store of such quality. Prices are so-so. The service, however, did not match the caliber of the store with not so much as a thank you when receiving my change because the clerk was preoccupied with another employee. Said clerk was so preoccupied that she also forgot to charge me for a candle, then proceeded to make excuses when I went back to pay for it over an hour later after realizing that I wasn't charged. Get it together, lady. I'll be nice and only subtract one star for the clerk with bad customer service skills.

I love this store. If you need to get someone a housewarming / thank you / etc. gift, or just need some household items, this store makes great gift baskets! Sometimes I don't always know what my clients might enjoy, and the employees here always take their time to give their input on different ideas. The presentation of the gift baskets are always so nice, too.Love this shop!

Nice selection of over priced gourmet items BUT that being said if I could give negative stars I would. They are NOT helpful. They WILL follow you around like you don't have money to spend even though I (used to) regularly send in my assistant for items I no longer will. They will make you wait if you are not one of them. I try to shop local but never here again ! I will shop Harry & David's on-line they have amazing gourmet items AND a wonderful array of gift baskets. I can get the gourmet chocolate from the local maker and bypass the ugly rudeness. If you are Hispanic beware... enough said.

Every business in America is having difficulties with POS, returns, etc. (Feb-25). Taking it out on this one local store says more about you than the store itself. Amazing selection of home management, culinary and sundry items to cook and share joy. Try that before you flame throw; you may sleep better.

Horrible customer service - They told me I could exchange an item. They processed the exchange and I left the store. Less than an hour later I got a call from the store explaining they made a mistake and I needed to return the item!! That couldn't have been figured out while I was in the store??? So I returned the item- I won't go there again!
