Pablito's Tacos

My husband and I ordered several different tacos from this vendor at the Noche de Los Muertos event located at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. My husband and I both live in the Antelope Valley and we didn't realize that they were based out here, or at least moved to another location out here. I'm not cool or hip, so I don't have Instagram account, nor do I follow them on any social media sites. However, the gentleman who took our food order was friendly, personable and accommodating. My husband is currently on the keto diet, so needless to say, Mexican food has limited options for him. They were able to make keto-friendly queso taco shells. My husband had two shrimp tacos, two pastor tacos, two carne asada tacos and I had a fish taco. The homemade tortillas were really good and their green salsa was out of this world. We had a very pleasant experience eating what they served us last night. We hope to find their taco stand out here one of these nights, so we can try their food again.

This place is delicious!! Please don't change the quality the meat is tender and delicious on the occasion I find chewy pieces but I can tell they meticulously remove all fatty parts because I'm sure it could be worse. I love their green salsa which I'm confused because one person said it comes with the meal and another person made me pay $10 for it, but it's delicious and I'll pay whatever lol apart from that food is delicious! Sometimes when I call and place an order they get my name wrong so it's a hassle when I pick up but overall I will continue to come here! I like the vibe in the restaurant very chill and I do prefer to eat outside since I mostly go at night it's super cute and romantic! Definitely a must try

Service is super friendly. As soon as u walk up the Food smells amazing and the taste is delicious. Family owned, everything is welcoming.

IG Tacos and Burritos ( LIES ) brought me to this Food Truck. I bought the Chile Relleno Burrito, with CANNED BEANS and the Beef was all NERVES. The other 2 Burritos with the same problem full of NERVES, the Tacos NASTY BEEF Nerves, I included a pic of my Taco with a Huge Nerve! $60 dollars for 3 Burritos and 5 Tacos, WORST FOOD EVER!!!!!!!! Never go here

So sad ! I had tried the other locations when I lived in Los Angeles, I follow them in insta an when I saw they where up here I got super excited!!! Went to the taco Tuesday ordered online took 40 min for the order to be completed even though I was there an no one I mean no one else was there. The young guy in the truck had a face and attitude like he hated his life inside that truck. The tacos had like no meat the mole ones had just a smidge of mole an like two hairs of chicken lol. Also no sodas an you can only get horchata? What if you don't like horchata? So disappointed honestly. Nothing was great. Person was off putting and the food sucked.

Watching their Instagram post made me want to try these bomb-looking tacos. We drove over to the Palmdale location and ordered tacos and drove back home. We started eating and noticed that the carnitas tacos tasted fishy. I tried eating one but couldn't finish it cause of the foul taste and smell.we also paid 75 dollars for 25 tacos which was very expensive, but i really wanted to try them.I was gonna take the bad ones back so I can atleast get 15 dollars back but didn't wanna drive in the rain and snow back the other side. Sorry for the bad review. I'm sure the other locations are probably better.

l ordered a lomo saltado burrito and a surf and turf burrito and received it just before the city (Palmdale) came by. The lomo saltado burrito had extremely smoked meat and had no fries in it. The surf and turf burrito was little surf and no turf (no meat) and a lot of rice. I also ordered online and still had to wait 20 minutes for my order. I'm real disappointed with the service and quality of the food. I would had returned for a refund but I figure you guys would no longer be there. Way different then the Noho spot.

I was excited to try the Pablito's tacos here in AV so I stop today I ordered a surf and turf burrito and 1 asada taco ... the burrito had 80% rice 5% asada and 5 shrimps I pay $15 for a rice burrito :( and $3 for one taco... the asada was super chewy and dry I couldn't even eat it ... wouldn't come back!

Just got shut down, ordered online waited an hour, then public health shows up, didn't get my food.. they served everyone online while I waited,

So excited to have Pablitos finally out here in the AV! . They're a big hit at the Valley! I love their late night convenience with different choices to satisfy that late night craving! Put the tasty green sauce on anything for that extra kick of flavor!
