P Dubs Grille & Bar

Great spot in Stallion Springs area of Tehachapi. We stopped in for lunch while on a day trip to the area. Great, attentive service and staff treated us like family. I love supporting these family owned restaurants and believe them to be the backbone of the communities where they reside. If we lived here, P Dubs would be OUR PLACE! The signature cocktails looked fun, there are plenty of TVs for multiple sporting events, the food was delicious and plentiful. I chose off the appetizer list the bacon wrapped grilled shrimp served with hand cut fries and it was PERFECT! The shrimp (4) were a medium size and had a perfect char and fresh taste. They are listed as a spicy snack, but when I requested them not spicy, the chef accommodated the request. They had a pleasant spice and the portion was perfect. I REALLY APPRECIATE dishes are made to order. I will always take fresh food, prepared to order, taking longer to arrive because it's being done right, not microwaved then heated on a grill. The fries were really good too! They offer both hand cut and shoestring. Hubby loves them crispy and thin, I like mine with some fluffy potato in the center. We both got what we like and enjoyed our fries. Hubs got the Dubs burger, plain an simple with just Swiss cheese and reported it was yummy!The relaxed, homey feel, with a sports theme is calm and casual and made for a lovely lunch. We look forward to returning to P-Dubs the next time we're in Stallion Springs. Cheers!

Years later we still go here weekly and lovin it. Most recently I tried their michelada. I have been searching high and low for a good michelada. Y'all, theirs is bomb. Highly recommend if you like micheladas you gotta try theirs. Get it with extra mix, dash of lime with the modelo on tap. Anyway thank you Pdubs for the great service and fun times.

Went for dinner with my family and decided to try out P Dubs. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and lots of places to sit. The food menu has a great variety of food to choose from. The appetizers are delicious, and our dinner was very good. The burgers were absolute perfection along with the fries. Emma our waitress was very nice and was super helpful with all our dinner needs. I definitely recommend eating here if you're looking for some delicious meals. Will return again.

Nice staff, good food, great flavor, large portions. Would love if they offered a few more items like ribs. Definitely recommend

I had a wonderful time. My family and I enjoyed our dinner at the P Dubs. Fresh food, great service, friendly staff, and upbeat ambience. We will definitely go back.

Great food . Awesome service, amazing ambiance ! Love coming here with my family and friends , we always have a fantastic time . I recommend the Chicken Wings, Seared Ahi, and the Tri Tip Sandwich at the restaurant, but I also recommend the appetizer platter at the bowling alley . I get that every time and it never disappoints!

Large. In a warehouse. Bowling, video games and food. I found the seating to be uncomfortable. The place was very busy when we were there. I had a Reuben and it was pretty tasty. My husband had the tri-tip sliders and enjoyed them. It had been a very long, trying day. We decided to try a margarita: they couldn't blend a margarita because the server told us they had no blender. Seriously? ‍

I went to the Tehachapi location where the bowling alley is at. Not Stallion Springs. They have a great lunch & bowling special. Took the kiddos and the bowling attendant was great, but the rental shoes smelled really bad. I don't think they disinfect. My server in the bowling area was absent most of the time. I had to figure out how to put away my dishes in a distant tub and trash. Also, I had to chase down help for refills, pizza box and check. Costly and not the best experience.

I love this place great atmosphere, food , drinks their service is always right on task
