Nice old man but he messs up both of our custom cars. He should not be driving anyone car he needs to have the other employees drive I feel bad but he smashed my back bumper into the curb and the other car he scratched all the paint off my front lip and it's at ride hight both cars bagged but lifted higher than ride height. Time to retire sadly and I didn't even call my insurance didn't make him pay I probably should have asked him to take smog fee off the first time at least don't go here just go to another shop he be riding dirty too sheesh I'm upset but also feel bad for him nice man but sir stop whipping peoples cars

Time for yearly registration and I needed a smog. One Stop has been there forever and I have used them in the past, so it was a no brainer to call. No appointments taken. First come, first served. Cool. I went by after the lunch hour. It didn't look busy, but that doesn't mean anything. I went into the office. No wait. Paperwork completed. I didn't even notice that my car had been taken in. Really quickly, my smog was completed. I paid. Got my paperwork and keys and I was out the door. I think I was there for a total of 20 minutes. Great experience! Will definitely recommend and us them again.

Front desk lady was rude and very unprofessional. I called about bribing my vehicle in for a smog . She told me to come in at 2:15 I showed up at 1:45 and told me they are no longer taking any clients . They closed at 3 . She then gave me attitude and cussed me out infront of my 7 year old son . . I wouldn't recommend this establishment, I should have read the reviews , there are many reviews written about this place to a similar situation

I have had several smog checks done here. Never had an issue, however, they are not cheap. I just paid $ 68.20 for my smog inspection which is high as heck. Anyway, there are other shops cheaper, maybe I should try another one next time. Too pricey for me.

Not sure why they have such bad reviews. That was not my experience. I was able to get my car in quickly for a Smog check and it's close to a lot of stuff so the time passed quickly because I just went and had lunch around the corner. They called when the car was done, they sent the info to the DMV, I paid and left. The cost seemed higher than others I saw around town, but this was close to my house and time is of the essence. I would recommend them for Smog Check for sure.

This place is a One Stop Scam, I am in the process of registering my vehicle and the check engine light was on. I should've done my research but I had no idea a check engine light meant it would not pass a Smog Test. Knowing I wouldn't pass because of a Check Engine Light, they still charged me $60 and had the nerve to tell me for $100 they can run a diagnostics test and retest the smog for an additional $50. Why not suggest a diagnostics test in the first place? They do have all they're legal obligations scattered on there wall, so just beware. Take your business elsewhere.

The lady in the front was super helpful, precise and professional. The smog check took 25 minutes total. It helps that the store opens at 7 am,. I went after dropping my kids at school which is very convenient for anyone that like to get their errands early morning.

If you don't want to have a bad time, don't come to this business. My experience is that they do work for you that you do not authorize and they want to charge you for work that you did not request.
