One Shot Productions

As a homeowner that has now used One Shot Productions on my house for the second time because it didn't work out with the first agent that introduced us to One Shot, I can say their photos and video production values are second to none. I have viewed hundreds of real estate website photos in the past year and the photos and the video they shot of my house really stood out above all the rest and the difference was clear when comparing to others.They were on time, went to work immediately and returned for the twilight shots we ordered. One Shot Productions crew was excellent! Fast, profession, TOP quality, and the best value for the $$ in real estate. Was referred to Roy via text and he responded quickly with rates, product packages, and availability. On the day of the shoot they came with a team big enough to shoot stills, video, and drone footage simultaneously minimizing the time my clients had to be out of the house with baby and two large dogs. They had the photos ready earlier than promised and the video and website done WAY ahead of schedule. But really, it's all about the pics. The one below is one of the best photos in the history of real estate. Use them!

One Shot Productions did a great job with photos and videography for my Dos Vientos listing. We did need to tweak a few things, as I am VERY particular about how I want my photos done. I will be using them again, as they now know how I want things done.

The pre-shooting questionnaire helps them to prepare for what kind of property they are going to shoot so they came prepared. The turn around time is fast. Easy to edit log in websites. Highly, highly recommend One Shot Productions. They not only do top notch work, but they're also extremely professional, punctual and responsive. There are numerous real estate media companies in the LA/OC area, but I called Roy because his work stood out from the competition. He traveled all the way down to south OC and spent 5 hours shooting photos and video of our home. His team was extremely polite, listened to all of our requests and worked around our family and kids. These guys should really be charging more for this level of service, quality and detail. You won't be disappointed if you hire One Shot.

I know my review is a little late but oh man oh man. I have actually been following One Shot Production since their birth of the company and I am ecstatic that they've grown so much and are thriving! I of course had to hire them for my marketing materials on a new listing I got in Yorba Linda. I spoke with Roy to initiate the process, set up a date and time, went for the full one shot package with twilight shot included, and all I can say is WOW. I've worked with many great photographers and I am so impressed by the ease of working with Roy and his team at One Shot Productions. They have developed great back end systems that make planning a breeze and offer every service I need.
