It's a great little place, with good food. My favorite in Ridgecrest. Small, quaint, good service.

This place was a pit stop from death valley national park. Their outdoor patio was nice with two TV's to watch sports. Their staff was super nice and asked us many questions to make sure we were taken care of.As for the food. It was kinda meh. I ordered the tecate tacos with carnitas, asada & chicken and all of them were dry. They didn't have salsas outside of what the tortilla chips were. However I will say their complementary chips and salsa were good. Nice good spicy kick but not meant for tacos.

The remodel is great! To enjoy sun, a game on the tv, and delicious food you can sit in the patio area. For more of an intimate setting you can dine inside. They take great care of you! Enjoyed the margaritas and micheladas. The mexican pizza was extra crispy and delicious. Also loved the fajitas but I am excited to return and try more.

I am not from Ridgecrest; I was just passing through and saw this restaurant and decided to try it.The decor is okay. It is a little dark and gloomy. But besides the ambiance, the food is very good, and portion sizes are decent. Looking at the menu made me laugh, because like four pages of the menu is nothing but business cards from services in Ridgecrest. The wait staff was fabulous. We were greeted when we entered and left.

Service was great and prices are cheap. I ordered the carne asada tacos. The refried beans were good, the tortillas were delicious ( tasted homemade) the meat definitely needs seasoning and the rice lacked flavor.

Since moving to the area, I have to say this has been the best restaurant that we have been to. Everything had so much flavor. The staff was so friendly and it was a clean, comfortable environment. This is definitely our new favorite place to eat.

This is my opinion in earnest:Myself, and my guests had the most excellent experience here; we had come over 70 miles from Kernville and Alta Sierra to do some business of a different matter.The food was exceptional.The service was above-and-beyond extraordinary, as the owner came out to greet us in person, to attend to our every need with a humble smile - that is to say, he is amazing.I am mildly allergic to a certain ingredient that was used in the albondigas and could not eat it. The owner rushed over and inquired as to why I was not eating my soup, and when I informed him, he WHISKED it away from the table and rushed me in TWO enchiladas to compensate.My poor (physical) reaction to the ingredients in the soup is of NO FAULT of the chef OR the owner, but he insisted he made things right, though I did not ask for such... I have had this problem before and was no stranger to issues such as these, and was fully prepared to pay for the soup, knowing it was no fault of the establishment.I just thought that, in my humble opinion, such a gesture deserves praise... and you can bet your last dime this is my new go-to for Hispanic cuisine and friendly atmosphere .I am duly impressed and forever grateful.NOTE:When you are far from home, you are easy prey to bad vendors and lousy deals. The fear of the unknown can be daunting, top say the least.The security of knowing you're safe spending your hard-earned money is has become increasingly more valuable in these trying times.Ya can't buy this security anywhere, and it sure is great when a fortuitous and pleasurable experience like this falls into your lap :-)Thanks, guys - you have instilled a little faith in humanity within me...

Clean, prompt service and best chimichangas I've had in years; margaritas also quite good :)

The chili verde was excellent, however the tacos on my son's entree were small (like street taco). Would have given 5 stars if the portions were bigger. Good service

Great food great prices. Very nice inside and out. Attentive staff. Highly recommend. The house salsa needs some attention but everything else is on point
