Oh, boy! Po'boy!

Yum-azing! We had Oh Boy Po Boy at great change brewery during the Thursday night trivia. He's parked in the back and he's a one man show. The menu is straight forward and he had the bombas as a special for $2 a piece. I ordered the full fried shrimp po boy, my husband had a half hot link po boy and then we got the bombas where are deep fried mashed potato and cheese balls. Everything tasted divine. The hot link was spicy, the fried shrimp was well breaded and seasoned, the bombas were creamy and crunch on the outside. We are looking forward to the next time we can get to have oh boy po boy!

Oh Boy PoBoy Chicharrón! Nothing goes better with a craft beer than these Chicharrón. I get them extra crispy and they're always perfect! Always great service and always delicious.

I got the opportunity to try a delicious shrimp po' boy when they did a pop up at 2nd phase. The ordered process was quick and easy . Food arrived quickly and was fresh and good sized portions. The prices were fair for the amount of food you receive. My only minor thing was the special it was a potato ball , it was was warm and crispy with mozzarella inside , I loved the idea of it but it was not as flavorful as I'd hoped for. Overall I had a great experience at this pop up event.

Eaten here a few times and had every sandwich, they are all great!The worst is maybe the chicharron and it is still really tasty, just eat while warm. The grilled shrimp one is pretty good, my best friend claims it is the best sandwich he has ever had. The fried shrimp one is fantastic, definitely having that again. The hotlink sandwich is my favorite one, probably the best sandwich I have ever had. There is definitely some heat, so maybe pick the fried shrimp or something else if you can't handle it. All the sandwiches are covered in cabbage, onions, tomatoes and maybe other ingredients. Make sure you know what you like before you order you might have spend time taking them off, time better spent eating these amazing sandwiches.

The New England style hotdog buns are rare to this side of the country. Just imagine a hotdog bun and Texas Toast had a baby.Get the shrimp and hot link together.

As a Bakersfield craft brew fan and foodie, I always see what food trucks are up and coming or parked out front, and most importantly tasty! There are some parked out there, I've passed on in favor of Uber eats. But this one, I've been trying to catch at my favorite brewery for a while now after spotting them on Instagram. Oh, boy! Po'boy! Was it worth the wait! I ordered the 2face poboy (hotlink & shrimp combo). The sandwich has just enough crunch, the shrimp was fresh, the veggies were a nice accompaniment to the sauces and the hot link. It was so delicious! Hope to catch them again! The addiction has started!

Hands down best po" boy sandwich in Bakersfield! The chicharron sandwich was also excellent! Small menu but great service. I will definitely be going back .

Delicious. You need to try both the fried shrimp and the grilled shrimp. For the fried shrimp, the batter is light and savory, not soggy and over salted. The quality of the seafood is high. The grilled shrimp has a nice char flavor. There are several sauces to top your food with and all sampled were yummy. No other meats were sampled with this order.

I got a shrimp po' boy. Soooooooo delicious!! The toasted bread was so scrumptious. The shrimp had such good texture and flavor. Service was great. Staff was super friendly.

Very good sandwich. It was surprisingly light and fresh without feeling greasy or oily. I had the 50/50 with skrimp.
