Off The Grid RV Ranch

I have been planning to move to Off the Grid RV ranch for the last month and have been extremely excited about it because of the cost, swimming pool and hot tub, clubhouse, proximity to mountain hiking trails, and reasonably quick access to LA. Regarding the previous bad reviews, it's under new ownership and it feels like everything is running smoothly. I've done a lot of research for RV parks in California and I guarantee you that for the cost you will not find one with like this! To be fair however I also found out that winds over 20 miles an hour about 50% of the time throughout the year, maybe a bigger deal for me because the spot that I really wanted was oriented so it would take the wind broadside. I'm not sure the fire risk is actually all that great, but I also found out that there are a lot of kids there and while I love kids, I work from my RV and I'm just past the age where I want to hear them all the time.But the main reason I felt motivated to leave a review was due to my interactions with the manager, Angel, who was spectacular! He spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me answering questions helping me understand what it would really be like living there, and never felt rushed like he didn't have time for me. Even after I decided it wasn't quite the right place for me, he spend more time helping me find other places! I just thought that was pretty impressive and deserved some feedback!
