If I could give 0 stars I would. First off when I got there the older guy on the register was on his phone and didn't acknowledge me. Yet there was no one ordering or waiting. If my business was this slow and I saw a customer I would be actively trying to engage them. Anyways while he took my order he stayed on his phone, when I asked him what was their most popular plate they had and he said he didn't know maybe the oxtail. Any ways I ordered the oxtail plate, bbq rib plate and the spaghetti plate. The oxtail was chewy and barely warm, the center was cold. Like they re heat their food. The spaghetti noodles were hard. Don't get me wrong the ribs were pretty darn good. And the only reason I'm saying it is because I want to keep my review honest. Over all a bad experience. Plus he said 20 mins and it took 55 mins to get my food, I was ok with waiting because I thought my food would be fresh. Never coming back.

I had the fried pork chops that were seasoned perfectly and delicious. The only complaint was that the shmac (w/shrimp) and cheese was too salty for my taste. Everything else was delicious!

Food was delicious. Cooked to order so be ready to wait but so worth it. Food comes out piping hot and delicious! We had the jambalaya which was a nice amount of spice and had tons of chicken, sausage and veggies in rich sauce over rice. Added sweet yams and tasty bbq beans with hamburger in them. Then we got the smothered chicken. Yummy chicken gravy with a little kick over two huge chicken wings cut in pieces. Served over rice. Tried the collard greens which were tender and tasty. The Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. We can't wait to go back and try more! Next time white peach cobbler! You have to try this place. Amazing!!!

We ordered off the daily lunch menu. We ordered 2 Pc snapper with two sides and a drink included. The snapper was one filet cut in half to make it two. The greens was too salty and the green beans was from a can. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes had an aftertaste that didn't belong, something like allspice or cinnamon. The whole meal was disgusting. To add insult to the experience we didn't get our drinks

I ordered Off Da Chain Soulfood.... OMG the food was like a gem that I found on Door Dash. I was so sad that I didn't order more. I ordered the Red snapper plate with black eye peas, yams and mac n cheese with a side of cornbread. Do not sleep on this restaurant. THis Sh**t was the bomb... I never would have known about them unless it wasn't for doordash. Please order from them you won't be mad. Money well spent. I am about to call them now.
