Oasis went out of their way to provide us super fast and expert repairs on our a/c for issues that were found in the middle of putting a new roof on our house. We appreciate them very much!

Oasis response time was fantastic - especially when out A/C was out and it was 105 degrees. They diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. The part was delivered without the technician ever leaving the house. They fixed the issue and we had our A/C back again. Bonus - it was covered with the warranty.

Never use this business. I used this business and a technician cam and said she need something I didn't need because he wanted to get off work to to his daughters ceremony at school. Although I agree with family first. He should have asked for the day off! So this company doesn't care about customers!

I called and requested service for a broken air conditioner. The soonest they could schedule me for an appointment was ten days from now. They have too much business.

Ripping off Customers!!$20 part OASIS charging $226 and $1494 to replace it.Air conditioner was working fine until I called OASIS to do a a regular basic maintenance $139 I paid and stopped working after their maintenance. They send a technician to diagnose and he said control board needs to be changed. I called the manufacturer to find out the price of the part for me cost $164.34 OASIS PRICE $389.36 and $696 to replace it. Just a plug and play control board. Different people Different PRICE. BBB

Just had Oasis come out and do the first inspection since we switched over from using the Butterfly people. The technician checked everything found a few things that needed a little bit of help and fix them without telling us our units were in need of repairs. This is the first time ever that we weren't told it was going to cost us thousands of dollars to get them up and running properly. He also showed us how the others weren't removing the panels when supposedly cleaning the unit. I am so happy we finally decided to switch companies and I can't be happier now that we are using Oasis.

Really nice people. Great response time for repairs. PROBLEM-several repairs (not under warranty-had to pay for) required after installing NEW unit. did I get a lemon or are their materials junk??would NOT recommend.
