Well I came to yelp for some seafood Mexican food. And this place did not disappoint. Food amazing. Staff great. The whole feel of the place was Thanks for a great lunch

Awesome spot. Nice staff. Good food. Solid service. I hope I'll never be in Bakersfield (can you review cities on this app? If so - I feel bad for Bakersfield) again in this lifetime, but if that wish isn't granted - I'll definitely be back at this spot for food. Loved it actually.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again--Nuestro Mexico has the BEST Mexican food in town! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the sweetest, Mia. She made our visit even more special by being incredibly attentive and friendly. She recommended the Nuestro Mexico tacos and bar, which I'm already planning to check out next weekend!Now, let's talk about why I love this place so much--the fajitas. No one else in town does them like Nuestro Mexico. The meat juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. What really sets them apart is the addition of nopales, which takes every taco to the next level of amazing.Their homemade salsa is another highlight--authentic, flavorful, and the perfect complement to every dish. And let's not forget the drinks, which are always on point, and my absolute favorite dessert: the fried ice cream. I can't leave without indulging in one--it's the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal.Nuestro Mexico is hands down my go-to spot for authentic, delicious Mexican food, and I can't recommend it enough!

Great food and service! I tried the shrimp enchiladas...they were delicious! And the service was great too! Amy and Pepe have excellent customer service skills,will definitely be back

Great atmosphere.wonderful service.Amazing food. Food average price is about 20 to 30 dollars a plate. Still would recommend to anyone that is looking for good Mexican food and sea food.

Had to come back to this spot and it didn't disappoint. I had a Michelada and some fajitas. The fajitas are a hit, they have nopales (cactus) mixed with them. Service and quality of their food is a 10/10.

Had my eye on this spot for awhile now!Hubby and I finally stopped by for lunch and drinks today, and we sure are happy we did. . . Very cool vibes all around; staff was friendly and happy; customers were chill and relaxed; the place just felt welcoming and comfortable overall...We ordered the enchilada trio combo, the chicken taco combo, and a few Cadillac Margaritas, lol.Chips and salsa were immediately brought out and were very yummy. The salsa was on point! Loved the flavor, heat level, and texture of the salsa, and the chips were warm and delicious as well.Food was freshly made and tasted so good; the chicken from the tacos was chunky, super flavorful, and tender; all three flavors of the enchiladas (salsa verde, chicken, and beef) were all outstanding. Rice and beans had that authentic taste and were equally incredible.Everything was just cooked to perfection.The shots were generous and the margaritas strong! Really enjoyed those!The dining area was clean, but it's definitely on the small side; maybe 7-10 tables overall? I can imagine this place filling up quickly on the weekends!I also ordered an iced tea, which tasted watered down...But overall, we had a great time here!Parking can probably get tricky if it's busy in that area.Prices are normal, not cheap, but not expensive. Portions are pretty big too. Great find! It was a pleasure, and we'll be back for sure! :)

We stopped in while visiting from Seattle. We were greeted at the door by the sweetest people. Then we received some of the best service we've ever had followed by flavorful, authentic food, and large portions of protein! They pour strong drinks if you want and are just lovely humans. Eat, drink, and be yourself here! YUM!

We decided to come here for dinner dinner since it was near the Mechanics Bank Arena. I have eaten here many years ago, but was not actively Yelping. When we arrived, there were only a couple of tables occupied. Soon after the place was full. After we were seated, our waitress came by and took our drink order. This is what we ordered for our dinners.Cheese enchiladas Steak burrito Shrimp tacos Deep fried ice cream ( free when you check in on Yelp)My enchiladas were really good. My friend that ordered the shrimp tacos said they were good, but the rice and beans were not the same as my sons and were not good. She received white rice with some peas and carrots in it and a little bowl of beans. My son received the traditional Mexican rice and refried beans. He said they were good and enjoyed his meal. I think my friend would've been happier if she got the same sides. We received great service throughout our dinner.2/7/24
