Popped in for lunch on Saturday right at 11am. Some folks were lined up for the lunch buffet. We chose to order a la carte: Garlic Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala, Samosas and a 32 oz of Taj Majal lager beer.Samasos came out first, still freshly fried and warm inside. The filling was seasoned nicely and not overly powered by the spices like some samosas I've had before. My favorite sauce was the tamarind sauce which was sweet and tangy. Paired it with a nice glass of the Taj Mahal beer, the lunch was off to a great start. I was most excited about the Garlic Naan. As most have commented in the reviews, these were divine. Thin, yet crispy, but packed with garlic flavor. An order for $3.99 is a perfect snack item, even eaten by itself. We did order Chicken Tikka Masala to eat with it and the Garlic Naan was a perfect vessel for dousing with the creamy, yogurt sauce. I particularly liked that there were lots of onion. I love ginger and garlic and I felt tha sauce was a little flat. Will have to try the Butter Chicken next time. All in all, the ambiance was nice. Lots of space inside the restaurant. Parents can come for Indian food while kids can enjoy a deep dish, wings or even pasta.

Me and my family were thinking of things we haven't had in a while. Turns out we haven't had some Indian food and/or a good Chicago style pizza in a while. Turns out this place has both. There hasn't been a place in Bakersfield that has served bad Indian food that I've tried so far. Their rice, chicken tikka masala and garlic naan bread was delicious. I was excited to try the Chicago style pizza which I haven't had in a very long time since Cubby's was around. It's cool that this place is where Cubby's used to be. Well they didn't fail us. The crust was very good and offered a good amount of toppings. Just note that when you pay after you eat instead of paying when you order it.

Was craving for some Indian food and heard about this place from a local Facebook group. Since my daughter and I don't do too well with buffet, we went for an order of butter chicken with garlic naan. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, exactly how we like it. The garlic naan is freshly-made and so flavorful. Our order also came with basmati rice so even though we shared a single order, we still had a lot to take home! I wish there would be pictures or even description on the menu because I'd surely love to explore other Indian dishes. The one who served us was nice but started cleaning up as soon as we paid even though we were still finishing our drinks, given there were only 2 tables occupied in the restaurant. Maybe worth going back in the future and try the buffet. Theirs is mid-range at $14.99 as other local Indian buffets range from $11 to $20 per head.

Wife and I stopped in here for lunch at opening. We got a flyer in the mail. Saw the lunch buffet for $15 and had to try itWhen we walked in, we were the first ones there. The lady taking our order came out and we scared her by accident. She was super sweet and welcoming. Ordered the buffet and she said that they needed 5 more minutes so all the choices were ready. She had us sit where we wanted and brought out waters. She came out and let us know when all the buffet selections were ready. I must say that this buffet was worth it! From tandoori chicken to fried veggies and garlic naan, there were so many delicious selections. I tried them all. All the flavors were on point and it was great to try new things. I grabbed two plates and left super full. The staff were super nice. The food was amazing. We will back for sure! The best part was a super cute little kid running around and helping out! If you are in the area or traveling from a far....this place is a must try!

Formerly known as the cubbies Chicago style pizza, we have a new (and way closer to me so way better) entry to the Indian food scene! Hey, you stop that fretting! There is no need to fret when the Chicago style pizza is also offered alongside the various Indian cuisine! The desert drink featured something like noodles inside it. Think instead of boba tapioca balls, it's in a noodle form. Kinda weird. The butter chicken had a nice little bit of heat to it and was great for dipping the Naan into. One serving of the butter chicken and Naan was good for 2 with some leftovers, which were great reheated, btw.

Probably the best chicken tikka masala in town. My bf got a deep dish combo pizza and it was said it was also good too! Restaurant ambiance was cool! The ice cream looked really good but I'll have to come next time !

Got the Large Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza with pepperoni and Sausage. They got the crust down, plenty of cheese and the toppings were great. I recommend piling them on! The more toppings the better! Preet was our server and did a wonderful job, polite and attentive, kept our water full, and made sure we wanted for nothing. Great food, great service, love the decor! Reminded me somewhat of Disney. Give them a shot!
