Noor Aesthetics and Wellness Spa

I tried Noor Aesthetics in September and had a wellness facial. My experience at the time was great--I even had a consultation with a nurse and decided to wait on the treatments I was interested in. Recently, I decided I was ready to give it a try, even though their pricing is on the expensive side. However, in the past week, I've called maybe five times and haven't been able to get through to anyone. When I finally did speak to someone, I could barely understand her, and the call felt rushed. Unfortunately, this place just isn't for me anymore. The first time was great, but now they seem very disorganized and unprofessional. Such a waste of a beautiful space.
