Came to visit for a recall order on my vehicle, the notice had also included a free oil change on my visit which was very convenient! Jeremy Gonzalez was very nice and helpful attending me, he let me know that my oil changed coupon was expired and didn't want to get in trouble for overwriting. Luckily the manager overheard and honored my expired coupon! (Saved me $80-90!!) service didn't take as long and they reached out to me when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Thank you Nissan of Visalia for getting me in so quickly and helping me save some money!! Definitely recommend

Went in for an oil and filter change. Martel and the other service staff are great. I don't have any issues with them. Looking over my service report, it showed that my tire pressures were set to 35psi. I drove 3 miles and checked my pressures and they were all reading 31psi. So either the service tech "pencil whipped" that section of the service report or something is seriously wrong with all 4 of my tire pressure sensors. If the service tech would lie about something as simple as tire pressure, what else would they lie about?

The service department in Visalia has increasingly gone down hill. I have been a loyal customer here for almost 2 years and have always had Brandon or Martel. Both of them have been extremely professional and easy to communicate with. They are the only reason this review has 2 stars not one. On the other hand I had a horrible interaction with Heriberto and the service manager who was in his office. They were unable to accommodate and had poor communication. There was issues with drop off and Heriberto had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude when we were trying to come to a resolution as to why we didn't have a car for me to be able to get back to work while my car was being serviced. I have never had an issue dealing with this problem with Brandon or Martel, they always were able to get me something to go back to work. They were far more professional and productive than Heriberto. I had asked to speak to the manager and once stepping inside his office he had informed me how he was busy doing payroll and brushed me off to get me out of his office. Those 2 men were by far the most rude and unpleasant employees of Nissan of Visalia. I ended up taking my car back and I will be taking my buisness to Lithia Clovis for better service. If you value integrity, customer service, and kind people behind a desk VISALIA NISSAN is not for you.

This dealer will try to get you to pay for things that should be covered under warranty. Took my 2023 vehicle in they charged me 175.00 to hook up machine and said I had wiring issue that wasn't covered. Repair estimate was 565.00 on a new vehicle with 3k miles on it. I contacted dealer that vehicle was purchased from and repair to a small part and a sensor was completed in an hour and fully covered . This is not the first time I have had them try to charge me excessively for work. I don't recommend

This review is for the service department at Nissan. Bought a used 2017 Pathfinder, and naturally, I took it to Nissan to make sure nothing crazy is wrong with it and to get some preventive maintenance done as well as two recalls done. Show up to my first appointment, and Service employee says " we will get it done, but its going to take the rest of the day." The dude calls me 4 hours later saying its done only to find out when I get there that all he did was drain the transmission fluid and refill it as we requested (CVC transmission, gotta get that done) That was irritating, but we figured maybe it's a big workload and we will need to come back. The recall is the ABS brake system replacement. So a module and four sensors in the brakes. So we reschedule the appointment for early in the morning 8 am. They should have no problems getting that done, plus the 3 things we added (Break fluid flush, Power steering fluid flush, and fuel induction service. They have my car for four hours at the second appointment and called us to say it was done. I figured no way in hell they did all that in less than four hours. The guy said he forgot to order the parts after the first appointment. Not good timing for us as we are moving out of state and don't have the time or money to keep driving back and forth with today's gas prices being what they are.UPDATE: Moved the review to 3 stars from 1 star because the guy was a new guy and it was an honest mistake. He apologized several times and even threw in a full-service car wash. It would've been better if it was an oil change or they programmed one of my FOBS that I asked about for a discounted price. However, the gesture is noted.
