New India Sweets and Spices

Good products and little shop but VERY rude staff do not give them your money they do not deserve it!!!Dirty looks and everything

Just came in to buy one thing and ended up getting a few more. This establishment is everything. From sweets to spices and nice customer service I really appreciate what this store has to offer when it comes to finding the product I need. I love the culture and the dishes and I was able to buy a bag full of peanuts, two boxes of Ras Malai which is a dessert and a MUST TRY! and a box of Garam Masala. Definitely recommend shopping here to find your India Sweets and Spices

I really like Indian food so this was a cool find while in the strip plaza. Had to check it out.No major complaints. Looked at absolutely everything.They had some cool kitchenware at the back, right hand side.Did not notice anything on shelves that were expired.They have fresh pastries/goods in the glass cases up front to tempt you. Bought a few little simple syrup donuts - they come in a very nice box!Also left with extra hot, red chili pepper and some black peppercorns.The spice area was my fave as I am always trying to replicate my favorite dishes at home.Convenient if not far from home. Lots of parking.Would return.

What a great little store. When I prepare Indian food at home a trip here is a must for the spices and some ingredients that will be needed. I do wish they carried fresh produce and a freezer section that was bigger with more variety. We usually have a samosa or three as an appetizer and there are two good frozen ones that I've only found in larger Punjabi stores. That being said they do make homemade samosas in store and the flavor is amazing!

Very TOUGH peoples, hard to understanding while buying stuff with them and all the stuff plus $2 upon asking said things coming from far away to sale and cost too much shipment.We bought sweets and notice that with naked hands person on the counter service in this Covid 19 time and no respect at all when see others peoples really not understood how run the place.We will never go to buy anything from them at all...... trust me we never see in our life peoples like this in Bakersfield.WE HATE TO SAY THE TRUTH ! But enough is enough
