New City cleaned my 15 year old 27th Infantry hat that I wear nearly every day. Very happy.

I drive over 40 miles to have my cloth dry cleaned here. Need I say more. My cloth is never damaged, shrunk, faded, torn, etc.Thank you for providing quality work.

This really a 2 1/2ish stars. I went here off a recommendation from a friend that had her wedding dressed cleaned there and they also did alterations. I took it in before my wedding and had to go back several times because it still wasn't fitting the way I wanted. They never had me try it on any of the times I picked it up, which meant I had to go home and try it on and take it back again and again. This took a total of around 2 months and finally the last time I picked it up about 3 days before I had to leave town for the weekend. It ended up fitting ok in the end, but it took me taking it back several times. When I took it back to get cleaned they told me it would take up to 8 weeks and after that I called Monday, they said it was in, went down Wednesday to find out that it wasn't and nobody ever called me. Finally after 10 weeks and another phone call I got it back. I'm not overly happy with my experience and will think twice about going back.

When a colleague accidentally spilled red white all over my favorite white blazer last holidays, New City Cleaners worked their magic and made it look brand new! I couldn't be more happy or grateful! They offer a number of other services in addition to dry cleaning. They also arrange office pick-up/drop-off, which is incredibly convenient, and have a couple locations in town. I highly recommend New City Cleaners for their excellent professional services and really great people!

New City Cleaners was the ONLY cleaners in all of California that would clean/restore my grandmother's 65yr old silk wedding dress! And they did a phenomenal job! The dress had been sitting in a box unsealed all these years, still in mint condition; only needing a cleaning. The silk and hand sticked gold embroidery was all made to look good as new!Additionally, their alterations lady was able to modernize my dress by just providing her an inspiration picture and discussing what I wanted. The end result came out absolutely gorgeous! Not to mention how reasonable the cost was for everything! It meant so much to me to able to wear my grandmother's dress on my wedding day, thank you New City Cleaners!
