In the end everything looked nice. I found this party rental place on Facebook, had very few and great reviews. At first lorena was very nice and attentive to what I wanted. Then when it was a day before event, she sent me 1 portable restroom instead of 2, she insisted it was 1 but I sent her my receipt. I was told they would bring them the next day to fix error. Later they set up the canopy and because I thought it was very open from the front we called to ask her to close up a bit but she didn't really want to, she wasn't as nice as in the beginning. But she still tried to fix it up for me. Be prepared to be asked for a lot of water that just gets dumped on your concrete. Overall I thought it was ok, but I would not rent from here again.

I would not recommend renting from this lady. She is rude, irresponsible, and disrespectful. Our party was scheduled to start at 2pm. They arrived at 10:30am with the jumper then told us that they forgot the chairs and tables and that they would be back. They arrived at 12:45pm and I asked her how she would accommodate us for the inconvenience. She became upset and started screaming that she wasn't late because our party started at 2pm. I told her that we wanted to ensure that everything was on time to give us time o decorate and get things ready before our invitees got to the birthday party. We explained that because she was late, it would delay our party. Also, I explained that I had some invitees here as they were driving from afar. She became argumentative and said "well ask them to go and help you decorate and set up the tables and chairs because I'm not late" then threaten to take the jumper and everything back... I was speechless to hear her say that... I would not recommend using her services. Move on and find another business that will appreciate that you are paying for a service and not asking for a freebie.

Their service is excellent! We reached out for a waterslide and the response time was quick and delivery setup was smooth and fast. Fairly Priced exceed expectations And ensure your rental is setup to your liking! They also went above and beyond, cleaned up after they were done packing their unit! Definitely recommend to rent from them and will definitely be renting again! Thank you for helping us have a great time with our family!

Great service and decoration, will be using in future. It was raining but they still set up for us. They also clean up, decorations was high quality
