Shoutout to the entire team of all areas in Neira's Collision Center for such a great job! Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle and I. I was hit by a car and my insurance appointed this place to me. I was wiry due to the reviews, but then again the other suggested collision body shops didn't have much reviews to go by so I put huge faith towards this decision. Which I'm proud I did. So far nothing is wrong with my vehicle if so I would update review. The lady in the front desk had great customer service and is VERY polite. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she knows who she is. I was updated through text of what was going on with my car and so that was great. My insurance was awesome also! Everything was taking care of such as the repair besides my deductible and my rental was there. ALL IN ONE PLACE. I didn't have to drive around to get my rental. Everything was convenient and it made life easier. I dropped my car on a Monday and go it back the following Thursday. So it took a little over a week, but it's fine as long the work was an honest one. Thank you again to Neira's and my Geico insurance! Keep up the awesome work! (: OH! They also polished my car hehehe super shiny!

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Our truck sat in the same spot from where we dropped it off for over 2weeks! No phone call w updates, I worked with Blanca and she had a bitchy attitude when I questioned why hasn't our truck been touched? Over the phone she gave excuses, I said I was "confused" & I'd be in 1st thing in the morning AM for better explanation. When I arrived More attitude in person from wonderful customer rep. Blanca, she Mocked me & said Are you still "confused"? We ended up Getting The truck Released, & that was easy bc they NEVER EVEN TOUCHED IT... And took it to Trends Auto Body on Rosedale Hwy. GO TO TRENDS & BLANCA get another job..:)

Not only did they continuously push back what day I could pick my car up, but someone stole a personal item out of my glove box. It wasn't something of tremendous value, it's the fact that someone's grimy hands were rifling through MY things that were enclosed in the glove box - somewhere nobody should have been in. It's the principle of the matter, and for this, I have to say that this is not a place of business that has principles.

They did a good job to repair my bumper but the worker was so careless and got grease onto the paint of my driver side door which makes the clear coat dull. Also, the inside of my car has spot stains. They charged so much money for labor but did not bother to clean up their own mess. I was happy that my bumper was replaced and repair but the laziness to clean up after the job shows unprofessionalism. They don't deserve 5 stars.

I took my vehicle to Neiras Collision Center (they were the preferred auto body shop of my insurance). They were supposed to fix a fender, replace 3 wheels and fix alignment. They had my vehicle for over a month. The first red flag/ issue was they could not find my wheels. They did not tell me until I called and asked for an update. I had to find my wheels for them( which i was able to find in 10 minutes using google). They then ordered my wheels and spent another week before letting me know my vehicle was complete. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle I did a check of the quality of work. It came to my immediate attention that my automatic trunk did not work. It would not open. I immediatly let the shop know. they took my car to the back and frantically tried to get the trunk to work (they showed true admission of fault). They could not get the trunk to close or open properly. After 45 min of trying and unhooking several components they still could not get it to work. Sam Neira Jr. then told me "I will take care of it" (I have a witness) "If you want me to drive it to the Mercedes dealership or you can, and tell them I will take care of it" (again I have a witness). I then scheduled an appointment with my local Mercedes dealership. The next morning I took the vehicle in. They told me the repair would be $3500. When they called Sam to notify him of the damages, he said he was not going to fix.Im assuming they tried to force my truck closed. They needed to access the trunk on multiple ocassions to disconnect the battery and to access my wheel lock key(which they didnt have when I noticed it was missing, they had to run to another shop to retrieve). They trunk has a mechanism that electronically pulls the trunk tight when you close. Im assuming they slammed it and broke the motor. All I know for certain is WHEN I DROPPED MY CAR OFF FOR REPAIRS THE TRUNK WORKED!To top it off. My alignment was never fixed. It pulls so hard right that if I let go of the wheel I will leave the street and hit the curb.To say I had a bad experience is an understatement! I regret taking my car to a shop that has no respect for its customers or their vehicles. They simply wanted to do a rush mickey mouse job and hope I wouldnt notice. Im the type of guy that is very observant and take great care of my valuable possessions.Customer beware of this company and steer clear if you are looking for body work. I am worse off than when I first went in for minor work. Im stuck with a $3500+ repair that I didnt create. lesson learned, the hard way

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRSThis place has taken way too long they call and tell me it'll be here on a certain day only to call again and postpone. My car has been there for over a month if I didn't have another vehicle I would be even angrier than I already am. TERRIBLE NO STARS.

Avoid this shop at all costs.. terrible customer service..left parts off my car, that they charged my insurance company for..my car was there 3 separate times for things they forgot to replace, and because they overstayed my car and it looked terrible..David the estimator, is rude and condescending..Again..avoid the gasoline alley location

Caliber Collision Repair does impeccable work. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend these good people!

Took pictures for my insurance quickly didn't care to get the pictures of the damage wouldn't return to this shop they didn't even take it to an experts it was the receptionist taking pictures

Took 4 weeks to fix our vehicle. Something that should've take 10 days per their estimate. They kept delaying and pushing back the completion date. Their customer service doesn't help...., Blanca has poor customer service and from previous reviews, I see things haven't changed with her. Do notTake your vehicle for repairs unlessYou want it to take forever!
