The guy in the office such a great customer service had me talk to the owner. I've been looking for the special hose for one of my husky air compressor with a two stage pump. This people are so great at what they do they took the time to find what I needed. Thank you very much. I will see you for my two stage pump. Great service.

Take too long too repair compressor They just guess on what part is wrong with the compressor Don't recommend thier service

Sold me the wrong pressure switch and refused to exchange it. I needed a 90psi low end and 120psi high end switch and they sold me a 160psi low end and 320psi high end switch, obviously too high for my compressor. When I took the unit back they refused to help me and told me it was my mistake because I should have told them about my compressor limitations when i bought the switch. I told them exactly what I needed and they still sold me this switch for $180 and said there was no other switch that would work. I later found out that switch sells for less than $100 online, for proper pressure levels. I've since bought that switch and still have the bum switch that NB Sales and Service sold to me as a reminder to never trust some dumb kid behind the counter of a crappy mom and pop store that doesnt know their ass from their head.

I took a pressure washer in for warranty repair. 2.5 weeks later they haven't even looked at it. I picked it up and took it to another repair shop. I will not do business with NB Sales again.
