Update - The truck is now working only at lunchtime in front of the Amazon warehouse and selling only by the slice. So they don't answer the phone because they are not cooking to order. So his website and yelp are obsolete as of this writing. Sad face emoji. That said, PizzaBob is trying to stay afloat until things get better. Says he would like to once again open a brick and mortar place and would keep the food truck. So if you're in that part of town around lunch time show him some love and by some slices. And stay tuned for future changes. May 2021. Oh - slice to go in clamshells. Wonderful hot pizza releases steam which makes the pizza soggy. Pro tip - open the clamshell to release the humidity or better yet transfer the hot pizza to another container for later enjoyment. You know - buy slices for now and slicse for later.

First time trying the new food truck format. Still the best pizza in town hands down, and worth every penny. Coming back for the Sicilian. If you don't like Pizza Bob's you must not like pizza. Glad this is back as an option.

Super random pizza truck ion the east side of Bakersfield. But I have to say, I wouldn't mind eating this one again. The crust was so tasty and thick. He has so many options to choose from if you don't like the thick crust. I got the plain pepperoni, olives and jalapeños and I ate 5 slices and I don't even feel bad about it. Worth it! Try it!

Had this truck several times during my lunches at work (Amazon) and I just love the pastrami/phillysteak sandwiches they sell. It's a bit of a wait, but it's ok!
