I love Mr boba !! Bring back your loyalty cards service is always amazing , the vibes are spectacular, boba is delicious. Best boba in the AV !!

The drinks here are so good, we tried three different drinks and they were equally delicious.I ordered the mango slushy which I loved!

This used to be my go-to spot after class but something has changed. I think management has changed because the lively group of staff is no longer there. It is usually the same male now who appears to have an attitude. Most recently, I was there at the counter for five minutes before he acknowledged. Yes, he was making a drinking but you could have acknowledged my presence. The prices have went up slightly as well.

Their drinks are delicious! Im addicted to their Brown Sugar Milk Tea!! As well customer service is spot on.

My go to for boba milk tea with cheese foam, 75% sweet. It's the best around this area. The two Asian ladies makes this correctly, but last time when I ordered with the Hispanic girl, she did normal sweet. But it was still tolerable so I drank it but had to mix it so many times so the ice can dilute the sweetness. And last time I ordered the slush and asked for 75% sweet, it was extremely sweet. I threw it away tasted like diabetes in my mouth. It was also made by the Hispanic girl. That's why I took off 1 star.

It used to be my go-to boba place, but now drinks are not as good. Boba's not fresh. Customer will be surprised when they pay because they didn't update their menu prices.

Went back after a few months only to find out they no longer serve foods there. The Takoyaki and chicken were my favorite. Added with the slush or soda and it was a perfect thing to combine. But now the place seems emptier and a little sad now. Even the kid at the register didn't feel welcoming. So sad to see it go like this.... At least the slushes were good but idk if that will keep me coming.

Randomly found this place and was pleasantly surprised. The milk tea is good! The boba could be more chewy and the jelly is on point. Got rainbow jelly (lychee, mango and something else) and lychee jelly. I went over board on the add on toppings haha. If you're in the area definitely swing by. Plenty of parking in front and it's about half a block from the freeway making it a convenient spot to stop by.

Drinks tasted really good and came out relatively fast. Employees were nice and place is clean. Will visit again when I'm back in Lancaster. Take advantage of the free small Thai tea when you check in!

Wonderful spot for well priced boba, I'm also awaiting the return of their hot pot during the cooler fall and winter months :)
