They served my dinner for family and friends. Food was delicious especially the Tuscan chicken. I would not recommend the prime rib unless you eat it immediately. Wonderful flavor but overcooked as we ate the salad and had fantastic appetizers. Would ABSOLUTELY order again.

Good, old fashioned American diner food. I've eaten here often and always been full and satisfied.

We were having an event at a winery outside Tehachapi, and finding someone willing to come out that far and do full service catering proved challenging. Amanda the catering manager from Mossman's was fantastic! The menu had great options, she was very accessible, friendly, and explained all of our options clearly. The day of the event, everything was beautiful. We had a lunch reception for about 60 people, with Tuscan chicken, red potatoes, roasted veggies, bread, and pasta salad. It was all absolutely delicious. The roasted veggies were some of the most flavorful I've ever had. Excellent caterer. 100% do recommend.

Mossmans always delivers quality and value. Whether you are planning a small event or a large event, they will serve your guests a delicious innovative meal at the right temperature. We have used them for the Beautiful Bakersfield Awards, serving 1200 people simultaneously. All meals were hot and the chef comes up with recipes and presentation that makes people ooh and ahhh. I have attended several large events catered by Mossmans and every meal has been thoroughly enjoyed. Their desserts and COFFEE are also delicious!!

My family and I had tried Mossmans at my brothers wedding, and the food and everything they provided was delicious. I had tried Mossmans at the Mac and Cheese fest, and that was delicious, but this food we had (tri tip, salad, bread, sides, etc.) topped it in every way. Would definitely recommend them for your catering needs!!

I had mossmans carter my wedding October 1st 2022. It was beyond amazing. Amanda was great to work with. I had a large charcuterie board that wasn't just delicious with so many options but was such an amazingly beautiful set up. For our wedding food we had mushroom chicken that i could rave about all day long and well as tri-tip, parmesan bread, green beans with bacon, mediterranean salad with 3 dressings as well as drinks. The set up was great as well as the wonderful catering group. Everything was very on point and I highly recommend.

Beware of parasites in the fish. I knew the quality of the fish was never top tier but man I didn't know how bad until I found a parasite in my fish. I'm still disgusted thinking about it. Someone did contact me about it and stated they will be looking into it and will be contacting the supplier. I think I would have been more bothered if I paid for it.

Mossman's Catering is amazing. We used them for our wedding in October and Amanda was so easy to work with. We had a few changes with our venue and ended up out of town. Her and her team traveled to us, provided amazing food, and helped with the clean up and breakdown. I know having to travel added an extra layer to everything. The staff dressed and acted professionally. The food served was delicious and warm. In addition- They offered seconds to any guests at the wedding because there was so much leftover. The tri-tip was cooked perfectly and the breaded lemon chicken was so delicious.Amanda was available to answer and work with all my questions. She was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone needing catering for a wedding or event! There prices are also some of the best in Bakersfield for everything you get. THANK YOU for everything Amanda and Mossmans!

Mossmans is hands down the best catering company in town. Extremely professional and great to work with. They provide suggestions on what will work best for your wedding based on their years of experience. My guests were extremely impressed with the huge grazing table that the team put together. No one left our wedding hungry.

Mossman's catered my wedding and did a phenomenal job. I'm SO glad we went with them. We had a small, intimate backyard wedding without a coordinator or anything like that and Mossman's experience came in handy. They arrived on time, set everything up quickly, knew exactly what to do, and made the whole thing seamless and smooth. And the food was delicious!!! My favorite was the stuffed chicken with gramp's sauce and the bacon wrapped dates. My husband couldn't get enough of the roasted pear salad. We got rave reviews from our guests and even my pickiest family members enjoyed it! I would highly, highly recommend them.
