Paid full price for the unit and since they installed it it has been shutting off every night in the winter and we have to go out and reset the breaker as well as not being able to shut any doors or vents in the entire place since when we do it overheats the system and trips the breaker. I had them out right after it was installed and they still said nothing about the warranty or free maintenance they offer which I am still in the warranty window. Since it was during Covid they never called or reached out to let me know about maintenance or upkeep they just left after installing it. I'm a service connected fully disabled veteran and I can't keep living like this. I helped this company during the pandemic and I paid in full in cash when other businesses were failing and when I had them come out last time they told me it's another 10k to fix it. I was shocked cause I could buy a new unit for that price so I asked the technician to call and see if they could do better for me and he actually laughed and said no then proceeded to tell me it's worth more now cause inflation but that's wrong cause in four years inflation has gone up 15% and it's equal to the value it would be now. This is so unacceptable and unacceptable to treat people this way.

Monarch called me to see if I wanted a Free service of my furnace. They scheduled quickly and arrived the following day from 8-noon. I let their office know I was available but had to leave by 12:30. The technician arrived about noon. He tested my heating system and claimed it had an issue. The tech then called his supervisor who came out to check it as well. The supervisor called me later and said the unit is working hard and had scorch marks on the circuit board. I told him I would possibly be considering a new HE model later this year. He said he would like to meet or contact me to go over the issue with the current furnace later that day. It has been a week and no call. I checked my filter when I arrived at home and to my surprise, it was clogged. Since I never received a document on the service, I have no idea if they checked it without the filter which could have been the source of the issue. Long story short...as a service business, always do what you say! I don't think they serviced my furnace, but were there mainly to try and sell me a new one.

I posted a similar review elsewhere and got almost an immediate response through the platform. We STILL have not heard back from a SINGLE PERSON. The follow-up is SCARY non-existent.We DO NOT know if a pest control person came out and fixed the issue. We were told if it happens again, it is on US to pay for the repair. No one came out - so whose fault is it when the super schmoozy sales "supervisor" promised the pest control would come out on HIS dime, but no one ever came.They come to your house ensuring great customer service and from there it's downhill on all aspects. We've had TWO MAJOR installs with them and it's like after the big bad sales guy comes in and scares you into thinking you're poisoning your family with insulation, everyone after that completely ignores you. Somehow our monthly insurance subscription got cancelled, so we have no idea if we are still eligible for service because NO ONE WILL CALL US BACK. We've called literally dozens of times and every time we're ensured the same supervisor who sold us the system will call back. It's been 7 weeks. I'm gonna recommend you shop around before letting them work their sales, family friendly magic on you.0/10 will return. I DO NOT recommend them anymore.

Bakersfield is a very dusty place to live & breath. My family & I allergies like most people here. But, this year its gotten worse. Well, Monarch came to do a service check. Come to find out we forgot to change intake filters. We learned our (sneeze,cough,sneeze) lesson. The service Tech Harry & wing-man(sorry forgot his name), explained that it's very important to change filters so the AC Unit doesn't work so hard. Harry made sure we understood all the problems we caused ourselves. They both were was very helpful, courteous, very professional & supportive to my (sneezing,coughing) VET father & family. Now our indoor air is Clean & Breathable. Harry also ordered Ionizer filters, which is so much better. After they left, dad says they deserve a raise. Thank U Monarch for training your techs well. And at great Value, Monarch appreciates our USA War Vets!!

Josh arrived for my AC's winter maintenance schedule. He acted professionally and answered questions and concerns that I experienced with our AC a month or so ago. I am satisfied with Josh's customer support. The last time Monarch serviced my AC I never heard back from the supervisor who was supposed to check on the work that was performed. I was really disappointed. I waited for hours as promised but the supervisor never came. I called the next morning and I was told he was sent to another job-site. At least he or his Manager or Support team would have called to inform me that there was a change in plan. Very unprofessional. I hope they have more professional technicians like Josh.

They don't take no for an answer. They use emotional blackmail to try to get you to sign up for something before even giving a formal quote. They will target whoever they believe is less likely to say no in the household and keep pushing using any possible tactic they can think of. Nothing but red flags here.

Jairo and Mario were great. Very friendly and helpful. Although I didn't understand what they explained really, they were thorough. My system is only a couple years old and still under warranty. They took pictures of all the issues with my system, and wrote it all out including diagrams. I'll be contacting the company that installed it to take care of the issues. And if for some reason they are unable or willing to fix it these gentleman assured me they would come back and get it done right. I truly appreciate the time they took to look at and explain my system to me.
