Mokha Cafe

Giving Mokha Cafe 5/5 stars is not enough. I want to give them more for how great their drinks and food were. And to add to the menu, the interior was simply beautiful. Great place to do homework, hangout with friends, play board games, etc. I went two days in a row (I loved it that much) and both days I got the iced matcha latte for my drink. I also got to taste the iced pistachio latte (it was okay, I wish the pistachio could be tasted more) and the iced caramel macchiatto (really, really good). My brother was a big fan of the iced caramel macchiatto. As for the small bites, I got to try manakeesh, kunafa, baklava, and dubai chocolate. All were so GOOD. My favorite was kunafa! Definitely coming back to try the rest I haven't yet.Also, they serve the best matcha I've ever had in Bakersfield.

And if you are lucky the Turkish coffee will be beautifully displayed on a tray for you. From the moment you park your car you are drawn to the colorful beauty of Mokha Cafe, an attractively decorated Yemeni cafe. The ceilings are high, plenty of seating and a friendly staff. I was excited to see Turkish coffee on their menu. This is definitely a cafe worth visiting again. Enjoying life one cortado at a time!

I absolutely adore this cafe. The pistachio latte was perfection- flavorful and not too sweet. The honeycomb bread paired so well with it. Going back for the tea next time!!

If you want to support a local coffee shop THIS IS IT!!It's not a big place but it feels so HOMEY. The workers are all so lovely. The coffee tastes like GOOD quality coffee strong and sweet. I tried their matcha latte and pumpkin spice, I could not get over them. They have oat milk and almond milk sub! I tried their honey come bread and it was so WARM, honey drizzled all over it and had some cream cheese filling. Need to come back.

10/10! I was looking for a cafe to do homework and this cafe caught my eye! I ordered the pistachio latte( I would get it again but ask for it half sweet next time) & my friend ordered the matcha latte. We also got the Dubai chocolate which was also very delicious. The service was fast & the employees were also very nice. The ambiance was also amazing I just wish it was opened longer. Overall it was a great first experience and I can't wait to come back to try out different drinks!

Always a beautiful visit to Mokha. Stopped in Christmas Day to enjoy our favorites after a slow afternoon's walk. Played some checkers, and had a great time.

I only tried the Saudi coffee which came in a bowl like soup. It tasted authentic.It was the most expensive coffee at seven dollars plus tax. But it's almost 1 L of coffee.The call was really nice. Service was relatively quick. Ambience is classy and Eastern.Easy parking, especially on Sunday morning. The place was clean. The music was very middle Eastern and varied.

I love the decor and the vibe here! So much to look at on the walls and the pastry case-haha! Service was great, the guy who helped me answered all my questions and was patient. I loved the Adeni tea, can't wait to have another! The honeycomb bread was ok served cold, but delicious warm!

Was recommended to try this place at work by a customer. Took my daughter and son and instantly loved the interior of this restaurant. Super cozy vibes. We ordered the Turkish Coffee, Green Tea Matcha, Banana Smoothie, and Honeycomb Bread and Bamboosa. The Turkish coffee came with a decorative plate and cup. The Turkish coffee was VERY strong and definitely a great pick me up! The coffee also came with a date which I wasn't sure if I was suppose to eat with the coffee or after. The green tea matcha had a beautiful heart design on top and was authentic and VERY delicious. Now onto the sweets! The honeycomb bread was my absolute favorite! The cream cheese in the center just gives the fluffy bread an amazing taste. Can not wait to come back to try different drinks and the honeycomb bread! Thank you!

I've been a few times to make sure that I really liked this place and wasn't just being biased because they were the first shop I went to that had the Dubai Chocolate so I was excited.You can really tell they put love and care into their products. I tried their matcha latte and pistachio latte and both were absolutely delicious. Service may take longer than a popular coffee chain run but that's because they're making their drinks fresh in front of you. I'm really picky when it comes to matcha, and theirs was perfect.
