Patrick and his team are very welcoming and nice. They take time to answer questions and explain things throughly. They not only explained the tint options well, but also educated me on ceramic coat options for my vehicles and motorcycle. They did not try to upsell me either based on my vehicle's other windows - which I appreciated their honesty. The tint was done fast, they pay attention to detail, and don't leave the inner door panels or outer paint water streaked or nasty, like other shops I have been to. They are a great group and I highly recommend them! I was at their shop a total of 3 times and each time it was very clean and neat.Based on their presentation and how clean they left my vehicle after tint, when I get my motorcycle ceramic coated, they will be my only choice.

So fresh and so clean, clean!!! I have no idea how they did it but somehow they were able to make my SUV looking like brand new again. I have 3 small children. 6yo being the oldest, therefore when I tell you it was a war zone in there, oh behold I was actually being modest.lol pricing is very reasonable because trust me I haven't gotten mine detailed in 2 years. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I hope they won't turn me away from being traumatized from my SUV because this time I'm bringing my mama sprinter van.hahaha

I've been shopping around the AV area for a reputable company to give my truck some love. I wanted it to look new and be protected for years to come. I wanted a good quality ceramic coating. After calling a few shops, I came across Mirror Image. I gave them a call, spoke with Patrick for awhile, and decided to bring my truck down for a precise estimate. I was very impressed with the customer service I received and was also very impressed with the shop. I decided to have the work done at Mirror Image and I was not disappointed. The truck came out absolutely amazing. It looks better than brand new and the truck is 5 years old. I will be going back for the occasional detail, and will come back for my next vehicle to be ceramic coated. Outstanding facility, and I do recommend you check them out!
