Millennium Surgery Center

My recent experience at the millennium surgery center on San Dimas was a smooth operation I needed a minor surgical procedure that I was finally able to get scheduled and corrected by my doctor. It was long overdue.The surgery was minor but I still needed a release from my cardiologist, a EKG and blood work from a lab which took a couple tripsacross town.I finally got all the roadwork out of the way and was ready for my procedure under the lights at MillenniumThe building is very accessible with ample parking. We entered into a very expansive waiting area and were greeted my a very busy and friendly Adriana, I had paperwork already filledout. Adriana reviewed them all promptly she found a couple boxes I'd missed we were finished in five minutes. Waiting area is comfortable clean with 3 TVS. plenty of room and seating I was called back almost exactly at my appointment time. I was met by Tina one of the very competent nurses that took care of me Tina made mefeel comfortable she was a pro. I was prepped for surgery wheeled into operating room met the cardiologist and other nurses. That's all I remember 45 minutes later I was in recovery room. Miranda checked in on me asked how I was feeling and said everything went well. My wife came in a few minutes later and helped me get dressed. My experience with all the staff that I met and assisted me were excellent and professional I highly recommend Millennium surgery center. We were very satisfied Leonard Welte

I went in to get my tubes tied. I went in at 45am was early so waited in the car at 5am the security who was patrolling the area walked to my car and walked us to the front of the building when entering the nurse at the front desk greeted us super nice and sweet not many people like that in the morning but she was on it. When getting called back the nurse who took me back seated me said thank you and good luck, and had another nurse come in check my vitals draw my line for antibiotics, and IV and she was sweet she called my sister back and was just so good to me too, anesthesiologist came and explained what was going to happen asked questions very informative then the nurse who would be helping made her laugh she was sweet too and over all the best her bedside manner is amazing I told her that too because not many people are like that in the Healthcare industry. When getting to my room to do the surgery I asked if it was okay to pray and they said yes, they stood there silent and let me pray for them and to my god. God is great I tell ya. After getting the mask on me I was talking just saying I'm ready and was out. Dont remember much on and off, just remember my sister helping me get dressed, going to the car coming home and sleeping all day, thank you all for the love and care today. Dr Klis you are amazing as always best Dr I've had!!!!!!Oh they have this really cool shadow box picture of instruments used in the military back then too.

So thankful for the staff here they made a very sad day so much easier! Everyone was so kind thoughtful and went above their job duties. Thank you for making a hard time so much easier for me.

Went in for a scheduled surgery, was greeted by a security officer who was kind and opened the door for me and my husband. Reception was also very polite and kind when checking me in. Every staff member I met/ interacted with was so kind, so compassionate and overall just so great. Everyone that helped with my appointment was patient and kind and caring. They made sure I was comfortable and they treated me with respect. Even when I started crying due to nerves I was hugged and had my hand held. Their facility was also very clean and organized.

Overall, Millennium Surgery Center's medical staff all deserve a five star rating on yelp from our experience. My parent needed an eye surgery and this location was chosen by our provider. From beginning to end we received excellent customer service. The building is located in a good area, everything was clean, plenty of parking, clean restroom available and the whole process was simple. Thank you to all the staff at this location for treating my parent with care and respect. I am also very grateful they have Spanish speaking staff that made the process easier.

My family has used this surgery center multiple times and each time we have had a good experience. This facility is clean and has a good size waiting room. This morning I arrived at 5:45 am so it was empty, in the afternoon it can fill up. They have a gender neutral restroom available in the waiting room. There is a coffee bar next to the reception area, I have never tried it so I can't say how it is. If you get bored waiting for someone they do have plenty of magazines. Check in is very easy and the staff up front has always been very nice. I have been very lucky to have Antoinette as my nurse on several occasions. She is friendly and caring, always explains what is going on at each step of the way. I have had other nurses and they also were very nice.

Upon check in we were warmly greeting and had our temperatures checked due to COVID-19. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. They asked us to come in earlier than our appointment time which was fine. The nurse Billy was very kind. However, after my son got home he had severe throat pain. They hurt the back of his throat and damaged his tonsils. I spoke to someone there next day and although she seemed caring nothing was done to resolve the issue.

We have a family member that had a procedure at this surgery center and their front office and recovery staff were wonderful. Very caring and aware of family waiting. The recovery staff was very good at communicating instructions before released

I went in for surgery very nervous. Every single nurse and staff I encountered was so compassionate and reassuring. They made me feel safe, and welcome from the beginning until the end.

I recently had a tonsillectomy there. From check in to discharge, all staff were kind and made me feel like they genuinely cared. They made me feel at ease and were very patient with me as I tend to get very nervous. I will definitely chose Millennium again if I ever need to have another outpatient surgery.
