I lovvve how the business only replies to their 5 star reviews hahaha. What a joke for a business

On 5/3/2022 got my hair cut (layered) by Desiree. She did an awesome job. She cut (layers) first the went back as me looked if any where could use some dimension. She did that with a razor. I will definitely request her if I get my haircut and/or something else. At the start of cutting your hair. She will talk to you and tell you what she is going to do. Georgina was an amazing hair stylist! Cheapest hair blow dry and style I have ever recieved -- $15!

I don't know what really say except that for college that's supposed to have solutions for all forms incomes mine didn't work cause as grown adult they still wanted cross my parents income I am 25 almost ... haven't lived with my parents in years but they said I am dependent I pay my taxes. . Not that but the cost is outrageous when asked to removed from the call list they don't . The building looks nice but crazy thing is they make so much money off the students costs that they should have better update tools in the clases

I Received a hot stone massage from Vanessa massage therapist, it was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and throughout the entire massage made sure the stones were to my preference. Highly recommend her!

I want to thank Nicole M for doing a great color & cut on my wild hair this week. Also, big thanks to instructors, Yesi and JoAnna for their guidance to the students in the Milan salon. I would definitely recommend that people support these students as they train to be the best in their new profession! Keep in mind that the services will take a little longer than they might in a salon with experienced stylists, but we all start somewhere and I am happy to support the students & let them practice refining their skills on me!

I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed being apart of the MILAN community . The staff is amazing, front desk ladies do an amazing job at maintaining students and customers content. The amazing administrative staff has huge impacts on students, Mrs. Randi from Medical Assisting has a passion for teaching her students in a manner where they feel comfortable and confident to make mistakes and learn from them !! An absolute privilege to share encounters with her !! I also want to recognize the importance of the janitors and the huge part they play in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for staff and students . MILAN has provided an amazing experience for me , this institution is very professional , much recommended!

Have always had good service,however the last two visits the Cashier clerk Belen has made it her personal mission to approach the student & advise her to rough dry that if she used a round brush there would be an up charge,I find this very insulting,since using a round brush gives my natural curl a style,vs rough dry makes my hair frizzy,for the student it's the same amount of time.

They don't prioritize Medical students. I took the Medical Assistant program and career services do not work with us in a timely manner or are prepared to get us through extern. When it comes to graduating students (my classmates of 5 that came in together) ...they don't accommodate us to walk in the cap and gown. It was a very disappointing feeling. We finish all these months of hard work just to not be recognized for it at the end.

Jess was my phase 1 instructor for esti and she was so welcoming, patient and informative. Thank you Jess! Feeling confident for phase two
