Midway Smoke Shop

Great Shop ! I was running out of my Kratom & knew i wouldn't make till my next delivery of it. I wish I would have known about this smoke shop before I started ordering online because I got a better deal and better botanical supplement from this smoke shop then I'm getting online. I will be back. I looked up the brand new sold me and it is a very reputable brand. The two guys that work there are way friendly and way knowledgeable. I actually got more from them of what I needed for a better price than what I can get online. Thanks Guys !

1week ago I bought 2 Vape Pens-at Midway. 1 of them will not take a charge - does not work. I returned to Midway today and a different clerk (Ed) refused to do an exchange even though I had the receipt. Not requesting refund - exchange only.My rating on this establishment will change when I am able to resolve this issue. Store owner apparently doesn't trust his customers - maybe someone can help him understand that he's going to develop a poor reputation and possibly lose business. He has my number.

No matter what you're looking for you will be satisfied by the variety they have. You also don't leave clueless about the item you purchase, they make sure you are informed!

Great friendly service. Helped me after he helped a girl with her vape. He replaced a part on it for her and it burned out or something and he replaced it again. Without charging her again. Good guy in my book. And im very satisfied with my product.

I've read the reviews of the other customers and I can't say my experience was as theirs was. I wish it had been. I walked in and looked around a bit, I came looking for a punch cutter for my cigar. I didn't see any visible so I asked the gentlemen who stood looking at me as if I had just kicked his dog. I smiled as I alway do and asked him if he had any cutters for cigars, he walked off, without saying a word, he reached into a container and came back with a punch cutter which was shaped like a bullet. I asked if he had any other ones because I really didn't was to walk around with something that resembled a bullet or weaponry. He tossed it on the counter and said that's all he got. I decided to purchase it because it was late and I needed it for the evening, I left mine at the cigar lounge I frequent in Sherman Oaks. Anyway.....I noticed a chip on the item and asked if I could get a different one. Reluctantly he went over and got another one but not before thoroughtly examining the one he initially tossed at me. All in all, I felt unwelcomed and will not be returning to Midway Smoke Shop. But as with anything please judge for yourself. Maybe I fit the discription of someone he hates. I don't know.

Sold me a used and empty lighter. Never going back. That is terrible service. And a complete rip off and she charged me $4 for it. Terrible

I went in looking for a casual vape, usually prices are around 24-26 dollars, understood. However this place was trying to add tax even if I paid cash and with card was almost 30? I had to walk out. And big back at the counter was so rude.

"I thought this was a nice place with good prices. The owner seemed like a nice guy. My product broke within three weeks. I called and called with no answer from the owner. When I went and asked for my money back he said that there was nothing that he could do for me because the owner was asleep.!!!!!!!!!! Then he threatened to rip my "white a$$ a new a$$hole" and that I would be never allowed to come in to challenge my claim!!!" Nice place

Amazing staff and great selection. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and extremely helpful! We will definitely be back again in the future!

Nahhh where do all these positive reviews come from? The costumer service is horrible. They are rude af. Never coming back lmaoo
