The first time we ordered through Grub Hub the food was delicious. The tacos had the works on them and the enchiladas had a good amount of sauce making them tasty. We liked it so we ordered a couple more times. Yuck! I was starving but still left over half of it!The price had increased the second time, I guess that's how they do it. The tacos had just chicken which had no seasoning, lettuce... Nothing. The enchiladas had very little sauce and we're unbelievabley bland. No flavor to any of it including their guacamole! $50.00 for a meal we couldn't eat.Maybe they put more effort into a first order or maybe they just suck.

How do you serve crunchy tacos that are soggy? Well, this place managed to do so. Even the chips were soggy and stale..... how does that even happen? Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else this place is not good. The taco shells are under cooked, the ingredients are not fresh, and it's overall extremely low scale. If a negative star could be given, I would have put it.

There used to be a Mi Ranchito in Santa Clarita but it closed. I rarely go to the Palmdale/Lancaster area but when I do... I try to make my way to Mi Ranchito for a wet burrito green with carne asada.... YUMMMY!!!!

Worst bathroom experience ever!!! When I went to the ladies restroom, there was no toilet seat! When I told the lady at the register, she told me to use the men's restroom. I could not lock the door of the men's restroom. I told the lady at the register, and she said "yes, it locks ". I had my husband come in see if he could open the door from the outside, and he said it would not lock, so he had to stand outside the door while I used the men's restroom. There were no paper towels. Grody little restroom. Bad experience!

Do not use thier coupons .or go thier thier drive thru cashier and in store cashier do know anything especially daphine i stated to her i have a coupon for a family meal and it expires 8/31/24 i kept repeating my order until i stated ill pull forward. I showed her the coupon and she immediately stated we dont accept the coupon. I stated even though it states VALID AT ANY LOCATION. location i went 10th st ave i. I have been going here for year's since it open and thier first location on Palmdale blvd at least 20 yrs. The fact she had a attitude its the reason im complaining she refused service to a customer because she doesn't know how to do her job .i asked for a manager she said only the cashier andi are here asked what about a cook o yeah him too. By the name of jairo.whom also said no per daphine. I advised her its illegal to have false advertisement why would mi ranchito mail coupons and not honor it.i called thier manager aracely voicemail full. Its just a shame a businesses that has been open for so many year's known in the community doesn't know how to train employees.
