Mi Nayarit Mexican Restaurant

I used to love coming here because food was homemade & it tasted good. Last time I came though the beans were rancid! It was nasty, when I told the waitress she was rude & unapologetic. Bad customer service.

We used to enjoy coming here but service and food has degraded considerably. You also need to find out how much they are charging for your food before ordering because what's in the menu is different then what the are actually charging.

Do not come here. Super disappointed in the food and description on the food items. I asked the server what she recommends and she had not a single recommendation. She said everything was good. The menu have not been cleaned or wiped down so they were crusty from other people touching them. Place was clean. Outdated look but okay scenery. Will never come back.

My family and I have been coming here for over a decade. We used to love it, reminded us of our Mothers family dinners. I know the pandemic must of hit them hard. So we have tried to be patient. But, I'm done. Their food has been declining. Today I got the worst of it. Stale flautas, beans looked rancid. Fish tacos were lacking good fish. I can go on. But I'll stop on food. The service is what kills me. They are a mom n pop restaurant. With that said, appreciate your customers, the new wait staff of 1, is abhorrent. You can't even call them waiters because they don't wait on you. They drop off food and never come back. The waitresses of long ago were like family and recognized you and made this restaurant enjoyable.The owners need to do more or quit the business. Their dislike for their own business speaks volumes.I hate to write this long review.. but it needed to be said.I would hope they take these recent reviews to better their establishment.But, I won't hold my breath.Adios!!

This place will steal your money I paid with my debit card and for some reason a week later my transaction I did with them was canceled and today I find out that they charged me but they charge me a different amount more than what they were supposed to charge me and supposedly it's that I left them a tip which is a lie I did not leave them a tip on my card I will never go there again

I remember coming here when I was younger it was a good place to eat. Now you go in and it has a weird smell looks like an abandoned place broken booths and not to say how dirty there carpet looked.everything looked outdated. Stayed said ima give it a chance. Food was not at all what I remembered years back. Ordered camarones a la diabla sorry to say it was a waste of money not good & corn tortillas are hand made but where raw not cooked right I honestly would not recommend. Had to give them one star or couldn't post a review. Maybe they should remodel & get cooks who know what there doing. Just a Suggestion

I was really hungry today and I ordered a lot of food. I got 2 small carne asada tacos, 2 fish tacos, and a cheese pupusa. I got all the fixings for all of my tacos. I definitely love the food here. The tortillas are made fresh. The complimentary chips and salsa are delicious as well. The salsa is a little spicy but it's just the right amount of spice for me.The reason why I say "small" carne asada tacos is because you have the option to have the large carne asada tacos. I think they have the best fish tacos in town.

The only reason I gave a 3 star rating is because of one thing. I love this place, their food and their service BUT I haven't been back do to the stench. It smells really bad. And I think the smell comes from the old carpet. I miss it but until they remove their carpet or figure out how to get rid of the smell I will not be going. Por favor dueños del restaurante quiten la alfombra ya huele!!!

Service is one of the worst. I ordered fish soup, which is accompanied with tortillas. Well, they brought the soup and said they will bring the tortillas later. Yes, they came in about 15 min later when I almost was done with my soup. No one came to check on our table. The ambiance is very depressing. It is dark inside with only a tv on, which you can even hear what's being said. No music, as I have experience at other Mexican restaurants.

This is a hole in the wall suggested by a local.It was winning. My pozole was amazing!
