Thank you Alma for A very pleasant shopping experience. This shop is filled with great quality furniture and statues and a lot of other Mexican handicrafts. We bought two night stands and two leather chairs they were ready to be picked up when she said they would be and I was helped with the loading and securing of these items. So many wonderful things in this store. Plus the staff was incredibly helpful. Everything on the store is simply beautiful. Wanted to take the whole store home. Each of these handmade figures is beautiful and I can not wait to get more after the new year. Thank you again and I will definitely be back.

I found out about this place by driving by - it's on a Main Street / Chester, close to where I work. It specializes in rustic ' Mexican furniture which I love. I had purchased a number of beautiful items in a wonderful store in East LA, and didn't think I would find a rival for it, especially in Bako. I was happy to find an incredible store here in Bako to buy things for my new home. They have beautiful items. I had looked at the website, and think that you need to go to the store and look in person to really get the feel of the store. I don't think the website does the store justice. I meant just to see whether there were any chairs that matched my bar, but ended up walking out with a number of very cool things - including a silver star lamp which gives out beautiful romantic light.... And a very cool tequila drinking set - a tequila bottle in the shape of a gun, with six matching hand painted shot glasses. It sits nicely on a hand carved wooden stand. I thought my fiancé would really like it, cuz he's into guns and tequila, though I wonder the appropriateness of using both guns and tequila at the same time... I also got a wooden box which is a beautiful deep blue which I am using as a little table. It can be also be used for storage. There is also a large beautiful key, that actually works to lock it.Of the five things that I purchased, I was given a discount on 4 -- I was totally not expecting that. The regular prices are reasonable. The lady explained for customers who made larger purchases, that was their practice. Very cool! It is a family owned store, and their young son helped pack my items and helped carry the items to my car.

Amazing furniture!! So rich in color and Mexican culture .. if you're interested in the rustic or farm style kind of furniture well this is the place to be!!

Drove about 30 minutes to get to this store only to find it was closed. Business hours say 10-5: came at 10:45 and they were closed. (See pic)

Mi Hacienda is the best place in town for authentic art, furniture and home accessories from Mexico. I have NEVER left empty handed!

This is an absolutely amazing store! The selection is incredible and I found so many beautiful things. The credenzas, benches, bedroom furniture is all so gorgeous and true Mexican Rustic Style. Not only is their selection superior to any other stores i have been to for Mexican style furniture and furnishings, and the prices are terrific. Everyone who helped us was so sweet and wonderful. I cannot wait to go back.
