Mi Casita Taxes and Services

I want to thank Maria for helping us file our taxes. This is the second year we have come to Mi Casita and we are very satisfied with business. Very friendly and helpful.

Great friendly service and love they send me calendars by mail every year reminds me make an appointment do my taxes. And got a free sweater too!!

I've been having my tax return prepared for over 5 yrs. Love the great service I receive there. Liz is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her staff is welcoming, accommodating, and they provide versatile services beyond tax preparation that you should check out. As a Latina, I like that it's a bilingual office. I speak Spanish. Having my taxes completed there is always a pleasant experience.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, however I wanted to take the time to thank everyone that works at "Mi Casita Taxes and Services". They where very kind and receptive once walking in. I could notice they were busy because of their clientele, but still took the time to greet me and let me know I would be assisted. Once they called be in to be seated I was greeted by a kind young lady that answered all my questions and assisted my in a timely matter. It's a small little office, but as they say good things come in small packages. Thanks again you guys.

First and last time doing business did not honor appointment time also an older gentleman was expressing his frustration with the two ladies at the counter and their response was rude and unprofessional due to the incredibly small crowded space plus a 40 min wait I grew inpatient and left never again !

100% satisfied with there service. Would recommend it to anyone including my co-workers.

Liz has absolutely no respect for her clients time. This is the 4th time she has dipped out and canceled our scheduled apt. I called several times over the last week to make sure she will be available knowing full well she will conveniently cancel or pawn me off to one of her workers. Last second I get a call advising she's not going to be available. Yup just as I suspected she pawned me off like she's done the last few yrs. then to find out she's raised her prices to $100. Idk every yr it seems like the tiny office seems to be turning into more like a market/store. Strange. I'll have to find a more professional establishment to get my taxes done next yr. Strange how those leaving reviews only have just 1 review with 5 stars. Funny isn't it.

Liz and her staff are the only people I trust to take care of all my filings, from filing extensions to completing an online tax return to getting my expedited refunds. I'm very thankful for all their help. They provide many services beyond just tax preparations. Check them out. They provide fast, friendly, efficient services, Spanish speaking too.

I would NOT recommend these people at all. Went to file for unemployment. I never received the letter to certify. I then went back to them to ask what was going on, they had put the wrong assess even tho they had my ID. So instead of fixing it after I payed for the service. They give you a bs number to call and they never answer. One of my friends had issues that they made. They just said will try and fix it sorry and give you the bs number. They don't know what they are doing here. Idiots
