Idk didn't seem right taco meat turns in to ground beef I'm assuming it's due to it quality.Butchers are attentive but you need to let them now your there .Lines for cash register are small and out order I get for customers that go there daily now how the lines line up but if your new customer you'll be looking for where to line up.The ambiance is typical Mexican themed carneceria and fresh produce it's a small market you can find all your items one stop shop.

Never had the pleasure to step into Mercado Y Carniceria La Flor. One of my co-workers ordered us food from here, and it was delivered by Door Dash. Tried their Tri-Tip and their Chicken. Both entrees tasted well along with the sides. Did not get a chance to take photos of the complete meals because I forgot. Do know that the portion sizes were more than fair for the price we paid. Very reasonable. Will have to visit the shop personally one day to check out their ambiance and service. Most importantly, after this first experience, the food I've tried so far is pretty darn delicious.

Based on the reviews, it seems like this place is either a hit or miss for people.I have ordered from here a handful of times, both through DoorDash and in person, and have never had a bad experience.My go-to is usually the family chicken meal or the 4-piece chicken meal. The chicken has great flavor, the rice and beans are pretty plain, and the mac and cheese, in my opinion, isn't actually mac and cheese. It reminds me of the mac and cheese my mother would make, which is more soupy than cheesy. It is definitely not your typical American mac and cheese, so if those are your expectations, I would not order this item.What I appreciate about this market is that through DoorDash they have store rewards, so on my last order I received $5 off. They also go above and beyond to ensure your meal is packaged securely and cannot be tampered with by drivers.I recommend giving them a try for yourself!

Good food great prices, the meat is of good quality. I purchased the large family sampler basket, it came with tri tip, a whole chicken, half baby back rib, hot links, about 2lb of tortillas, and salsa. Love this place everything was tasty only $80

Christmas day miracle lol !!We had a small Christmas celebration this year due to the covid.WE THOUGHT we planned ahead this year by calling one of our new favorite restaurants and verifying with them that they would indeed be open Christmas day, and they assured us they would... Long story short, they were not open Christmas day lol, so we needed a Christmas day dinner solution, QUICKLY.After franticly driving around the empty streets on Christmas, we just happen to pass by this little gem... Not much to look at, in fact, it looks like a regular mini market, but only with a huge grill outfront and that's what caught our attention, not to mention the heavy traffic of people coming and going, so we made a quick turn into the parking lot...They are pretty much a mini market with fresh fruits and veggies and fresh meat (Full meat counter/butcher), with an order counter, we placed our order and watched them prep everything right in front of us, they kept going out to the front grill to retrieve more fresh meat every so often, so its pretty much cooked to order.We ordered a chicken burrito, a chicken taco combo plate and Asada nachos.The chicken is so full of flavor its red in color from the spices and herbs and was super tender, the asada was juicy and has good flavor, the rice was fluffy and full of flavor too and the beans were okay (just regular pinto beans), the tortillas were fresh and the green salsa was thick and just right.The asada nachos were insanely good & THE PORTIONS for everything were ridiculously huge! very generous indeed!Wait time was about 10- 15 mins. People were friendly and welcoming, got 3 cans of soda free with our order and we only paid 23 $ for everything!!Good and cheap and near by, It was a nice find and saved our Christmas dinner!

Ordered through DoorDash, the food is great. The prices are very reasonable. The service was good, staff followed all of my order instructions.

I placed an Uber through Uber eats for a business luncheon on 1/20. The order consisted of 4 bbq chicken combo and 4 tri tip combo. The total cost was $173 for the order. The office only received 1 combo of each .. two combo boxes. I called the restaurant to get a refund for the food that was not delivered and there was no management on site to refund me the money I paid for food not being delivered! NOT acceptable at all! I am still waiting for management to refund me for the service not fully rendered!

Don't go here ! I got food poisoning from their food. The cheese gave me a weird smell and was only able to eat about 5 chips before throwing away the whole plate to the trash, sure enough I got super sick. They also have a health violation. I kindly reached out through IG and they blocked me.

Ordered the 3 taco plate with potato salad and rice. The rice tasted like it had been sitting in a tray all day. The rice was clumpy, some of it was hard, other parts were mushy and the taste was flavorless. The potato salad tasted exactly like the mustard potato salad you get at walmart, it was gross. The Carne Asada taco's flavor was decent and it had little to no fat. Due to the carne asada taco's being okay I'd give this place a 1/5. I did share a taco with someone and they claimed the taco had a bone it. The other plates we ordered were BBQ plates and the meat was too tough to eat. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately this place looks good on instagram, but the food is not edible. The rice is clumpy and flavorless. The potato salad and macaroni salad are alright, but also lack flavor. I would equate it to to the Walmart brand macaroni and potato salad. The worst part of the meal was the tri tip. The tri tip was over cooked and tough. You could probably lose a tooth biting into it. For 3 orders it was roughly $50. This food is not up to the quality for a $50 order. Save your money and time. Other reviews even claim food poisoning, which I don't doubt.
