Hands down BEST tire shop in town. Had the wheel bearings repacked on my utility trailer AND I will be bringing my stock trailer so they can go through it. Bill Melvin is honest and gives great service!

Best shop in town. Full service. Highly professional, friendly, and honest. Quotes were spot on and was about half of other major auto mechanics and dealer in town. Absolutely will do business here again.

Best customer service. One of our company trucks needed repair so we took it to these guys under the suggestion of one of our engineers. They repaired the vehicle and when it had a hiccup a few weeks later they identified and fixed it no-charge. I decided to bring my personal vehicle (a luxury sports car) to get a quote on some strut replacements. They came out $600 less than the next crossest bid in town and when I came to pick up the vehicle I found out they had put the top of the line brand new racing struts in. How awesome is that! If you want honesty and follow-through, than this is the place.

Bill Melvin is Awesome! I've been going here since my early 20s. Recently, I went in to get a quote for some new tires about 30 minutes to closing on a Saturday. Bill asked me if I wanted the set he recommended and I said sure. Bill got my new tires installed within 20 minutes. Bill knows how to take care of his customers. Excellent, honest service. If a problem occurs while repairing vehicle, I am contacted and any additional fees are quoted. No surprise fees when picking up vehicle. Mel's has actually SAVED me money.I highly recommend for fair, reliable service!
