During this weird and unpredictable time, it was hard to find a place that will do custom cake/CUSTOM ANYTHING! I was giving up hope, but found out about this place by a relative.We are impressed with the professionalism, hardwork, and dedication that this company had put into the cake. My phone calls and messages were answered in a timely manner.It was sooooooo hard to cut into the cake. It was too cute to eat. The cake was a lemon flavor that had everyone wanting more. It was not too sweet or to bland, it was just right.Thank you for making my drive by baby shower memorable

We've now ordered twice from Melrose and have not been disappointed. A LOT of great food with a nice variety of dishes, including baked goods!Owners are very friendly and nice!Filipino dinner the first night, German dinner and donuts the next. Thank you for being open during this time and for giving us a break from the normal quarantine cuisine. Definitely ordering from here again!

Rosalinda went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our wedding reception! She was happy to work within our budget and charged much less than other caterers in the area. Other caterers couldn't be bothered to respond to messages or send menus. Rosalinda responded promptly to messages and provided the kind of individualized attention that one wants when planning a special event like a wedding reception. I felt very good about supporting this small family business.I was amazed at how many different types of cuisine Melrose International offers. We ended up having Mexican and Filipino food with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Rosalinda was even willing to make a garlic-free meal for one guest who can't eat garlic! The enchiladas and Mexican rice were my favorite dishes. Rosalinda and her employees worked very hard, including cooking on a grill outside in the hot sun at our reception venue. Her staff was efficient in serving food and even put the leftovers in containers we provided.One bit of advice: make sure to read over the detailed order list Rosalinda provides. I didn't read it closely enough, and there were some differences between what we had discussed and what was listed. I take responsibility for not paying closer attention. There were just too many things to do at the same time.Rosalinda offered to cut our wedding cake (made by someone else) for no additional charge, something no other caterer in the area seems to offer. (They often charge $2/slice!)I would definitely recommend Melrose International Catering and Bakery.

Melrose International was the bomb!!! From the moment I made the first contact Rosalinda responded with such professionalism. We scheduled a graduation event for our son. Rosalinda took care of everything - from table set-up to dinnerware, waiters, food service, to take-down, was taken care of by Melrose. I was able to enjoy the evening with my family & friends. We had compliments from guests from the decor to the food. Did I mention the food was AMAZING?!!!!!Thank you Rosalinda & staff for your amazing services and attention to detail.

The desserts I ordered were a big hit, beautifully decorated, great size, and so delicious! Everyone loved them! I received so many compliments!

Rosalinda and William did an excellent job catering my son's graduation pool party. It was luau-themed so I asked for Hawaiian pulled pork sliders and sides. Everything was delicious! The meat was so flavorful and tender, the rolls were made from scratch and warm, toasted perfectly on the flat-top grill before serving, with a yummy slaw as well. She made a beautiful fruit salad displayed in pineapple and watermelon boats. All the fruit was perfectly sweet and ripe. Macaroni salad was yummy and not over-dressed like many do. They stayed to serve us buffet-style and kept the food warm/cold and protected from any flies, all included in the cost, so I had absolutely nothing to worry about as host and could enjoy the party with our guests. She even made accommodations for my mom and sister's dietary restrictions at NO extra cost and made my mom her own little gluten-free lemon cake. There was plenty of food and even lots of leftovers. I highly recommend Melrose for any event, they were professional, kind, very reasonably priced, accommodating and talented! A very good addition to the Central Valley!

I ordered a 2-tier finding Nemo baby shower cake, and it turned out so adorable! Rosalinda was very communicative and made sure all my requests like making the inside pink for the gender reveal and getting the decorations perfect were met. Everyone loved how the cake looked, and the vanilla cake with chocolate filling tasted great too! The pricing is also very affordable compared to every other place I called.

Mrs. Melrose and her staff did an excellent job serving my party of 42. Well organized and professional. Served Mexican food, very tasty and fresh.
