Meechy's Cheesecakes

I had to run a few errands after walking my dogs this morning so when lunch time came, I was hungry and decided to go to Meechy's.I love their new location! It's a much bigger space than when they were in the mall. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I let them know I was dining in and Chris told me to sit wherever I wanted and he brought me a menu. When the waitress stopped by for my drink order, I mentioned that I heard that the refreshers were really good and she said their special for the day was the Pomegranate Lime. Of course I had to order it. It was so crisp and refreshing. I'm a carbonation girlie so this was very nice! I loved the pieces of pomegranate seeds in it. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors.The menu is amazing! There was so much to choose from. It was hard to make a decision. I decided to order bruschetta for an appetizer and a rice bowl with garlic chicken. The bruschetta was so good! I love that they make the rosemary focaccia bread themselves. The rosemary complements all the flavors of the fresh tomatoes, basil, red onion, and balsamic glaze. The braised red cabbage was a nice addition. I love that they use feta! It doesn't overpower the dish at all. It's a beautiful balance of flavor. I also appreciated that you could use a fork to cut into it. Usually it's a finger food and the bread is so crunchy that the roof of your mouth gets cut up and all the toppings fall off. The focaccia is a wonderful texture for bruschetta. The rice bowl was absolutely delicious! The rice was cooked perfectly. If you like garlic, get the garlic chicken! My goodness was it fantastic!! The chicken was tender and flavorful. The tomatoes were fresh, the avocado added a nice creaminess to the dish along with the poached egg. The green onions livened it up and the spicy mayo added a nice kick. Another well balanced dish. I was too full for dessert but brought home a cookies & cream cheesecake for me and an orange creamsicle for my Mom. I've had their cheesecakes before and I haven't found a place that makes better cheesecakes. They're rich and creamy, dense. Absolutely flawless! Looking forward to enjoying it this evening.Next time I go, I want to try a burger and onion rings. It all looked amazing!

Cheesecake is delicious. I will be back to try other menu items.The young lady there was absolutely delightful. I will say, though I was a little disappointed because I purchase Four slices of cheesecake the first time going in. And it was only as I was walking out the door. I realized there was a sign that said if I had purchased six pieces, I would've gotten a significant discount. I really really wish she would've mentioned that! I absolutely would've added on the two additional pieces.

A cute little place for lunch, clean area, and plenty of parking. Walked in and immediately got seated. The server was really nice and helped us take our orders. We ordered the : - Cajun shrimp penne $12.99 small - The Philly cheesesteak $13.99 + 0.99 cents for onion rings - Chocolate lovers slice $5.50 The shrimp penne was flavorful and came with a nice little cheese toast. The Philly cheesesteak was packed with steak, mushrooms, and onions. Their onion rings were extra crispy and delicious. For dessert, we tried their chocolate lovers slice which had chocolate kisses on top. Tasted pretty good! It's basically what you would imagine a cheesecake tastes like but chocolate!Overall a pretty nice place for a quick meal and a slice of cheesecake!

Delicious food for the first time trying it out. I had their Nacho burger it was delicious, can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

My food was sooo good!!! I couldn't wait for them to open today . I just put my order in to 2 more pasta bowls and another piece of cheesecake . Thank you

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!+ IF YOU HAVENT BEEN YOURE CRAZY!! okay im done yelling. Food, amazing. Service, amazing. Cleanliness of the restaurant, AMAZING. They have drink specials thru the week and the portion sizes for their food is spectacular. You have to come try this place. They have pasta and sandwiches and apps. All of them are hands down delicious.

Cheese taste were very tasty but small slices. I got the blueberry lemon and the apple pie varieties. I had my order delivered and paid extra to get extra cheese and extra mushrooms and a side of ranch with my Philly cheesesteak and they were nowhere to be found. Barely any cheese, not many mushrooms no ranch and no ketchup. The Philly cheesesteak was just OK overall everything was just over salted. It was hard to eat without water next to you. Then I was excited to try the Bees knees salad with a honey vinaigrette. Salad was a good size could've used more feta cheese. The big let down was the dressing. Where is the honey? Where is the sweetness? It was more like just oil no salt no sweetness nothing. I might go back to have a cheesecake but I doubt if I go back there to eat. I've lived in California eight years now and I haven't had a good Philly cheesesteak yet. The cheesesteaks from almost all the small pizzerias in Las Vegas hands-down the best.

4/18/2024-Over a year later and this is STILL the only place I get pasta from in the AV. I ordered the Chicken Pesto and added bacon and broccoli to it. The flavor is consistently flavorful an still has a homemade feeling to it. The Oreo cheesecake was light and fluffy to the very last bite.I placed my order online and service was quick and friendly. If you're looking for a guaranteed delicious plate of food then this is the place to go!

The cheesecake is really creamy and soft, it melts in your mouth. They had a variety of cheesecakes but this one caught my eye. It was definitely a good choice! Would be coming back to try their other flavors. They had a nice display with the different variety cheesecakes. Cute little spot to bring your friends.

Wow!!! Ordered a peanut butter cup cheesecake for Thanksgiving. This was the very best cheesecake I have ever had. I can't wait to try their food next time. I ordered online, easy ordering and was ready exactly when they said it was. The place is clean and staff that waited on me were exceptional!
