Medical Breakthrough Massage Chairs

I am updating my review on subsequent support and service... Mark / Paul was good - spent time on the phone and chairs running great... hope I don't need to do for next few years!My massage chair - model 7 purchased for $7000 (5 years back) has stopped working for 2+ months.. Ticket 140484 opened on 3/14/24. Took a little time but problem is resolved and they added some time for warranty as well.

I purchased a Medical Breakthrough Chair in 2018 after a car accident. I had wanted one for years, but always talked myself out of spending the money. Now I wish I had bought it sooner. I initially used it several times a day during the 6-month recovery. I didn't have to take the prescribed pain pills. Now I use it when I can't sleep at night due to residual arthritis discomfort or even if my mind is just racing with worry or too much caffeine the previous day. It allows me to relax enough to sleep. It gives a whole-body rhythmic massage that cradles and lulls me. It has several pre-programmed modes, but I can also target specific areas of the body. I especially like the program that stretches your lower back and then releases you. Amazing. I have neuropathy in my feet due to diabetes (alternating numbness and burning sensations, also restless leg syndrome). The leg/foot massage on this chair is extraordinary. I can actually feel my feet again. I really can't imagine life without it at this point!My husband is not injured, but he loves it too. Five years of good performance overall.I had an issue with the back rollers after the warranty expired in 2023, but Glenn in customer service generously helped me over the phone (calls and facetime) and I got it fixed.

The chair is great used it for two years no problem, them had a little issue but Mark Glenn came to the rescueReally appreciate the support. Great customer service

I love my Medical Breakthrough 7. I got it in April. I called in and Mark helped me out with answering all my questions. I work as a tattoo artist and really needed something for everyday therapy especially since covid stopped me from going into getting human massages at massage clinics for awhile. I use my chair everyday, literally. I like that they are made in California, and that there is a warranty, and that if out of warranty, there are handy men that are from so cal that can fix any problems for hire. This give me much more confidence in making large purchase on a massage chair. It may not be a human massage, which is more targeted therapy, but this chair can really put me into a relaxed state. It's really worth the money and I'm very happy with this health investment.

I have had a Medical Breakthrough 7 for 5 years and absolutely love it! Recently I had a small issue and Mark was all over it and got my chair back working in no time. Excellent customer service and an amazing massage chair. Highly recommend

We bought a Medical Breakthrough Xv3 massage chair about 6 months ago, and we're very happy with it. It's a great chair and MB customer service has been top-notch. They advertise the heat on this chair as being intense but when we started using it we found out it was actually not that warm, but MB customer service fixed the situation for us. The after-sale service has been extremely helpful and customer satisfaction really appears to be Medical Breakthrough's #1 goal. If there are ever any problems at all, they make it right, 100%. We use the chair every day and it has proven to be a great purchase and has added a significant amount of comfort, tension relief and improved sleep to our lives. We highly recommend this massage chair and this company!

Chair is great. Had a motorcycle accident and the chair definately ease my back issues. It's built with quality and had family members buy one themselves after trying mine. Had some issues with the chair a few years later but Mark made every right.

My wife and I bought this chair because of my history with back and hip issues. Over the last two years I have noticed a huge difference in my pain levels and able to do more activities with my two young boys. I would definitely recommend medical breakthrough chairs to my friends and family.

Bottom line, love my chair. I was a bit apprehensive buying online but had no issues whatsoever with the set up. Good warranty and best of all my massage chair totally relieves the tensions I have from my workday. Use it often and quite frankly look forward when I can sit in it. Best investment
