Me-n-Ed's Pizzeria

Just called to order a pizza and was told they ran out of product so they can't take my order. That's the odd for a Saturday night

My sisters & I Ordered some pizza last night & it was amazing pizza from Me n Ed's never disappoints and their ranch is my favorite part I can eat that with anything. Although they looked under staffed and took a while they were very friendly and I can understand it wasn't their fault for being short handed. But they were very kind and apologetic I will 1000x be coming to this location, I've gone to porterville, Exeter & this one by far is my favorite just because of the working staff. 10/10 star review!!

It took over a hour to get our pizza after online ordering.When we got there to pick up our order they couldn't even find it however they sure found the money from our bank account as soon as the order was placed. It was very busy with many other customers complaining.I tried calling to place my order before going online but the phone kept hanging up on me from their end. It is dark and crowded inside the restaurant. They gave us a pound of free chicken wings to make up for their mistake.

Great food, great atmosphere and even better service! I called in a big 2 part order the day before and when I went to pick up Eva was so friendly and made sure I left with everything I needed. When I went back for my second order Jennifer saved the day!!! I didn't order correctly but she was able to fix it on the spot! So kind, so understanding, and we will be back for all orders big and small. Thank you guys for making our day awesome.

Waited for 45 minutes for my pizza to be missing. Had to wait for it to be made. I got a person in charge and she said she was sorry and that'd it be out in 15 minutes. When we got the pizza the pizza had hardly any toppings on it, wasn't even spread out. Sad thing was I spent over 70$ for it to not to be even worth it. Wasn't very apologetic at all. Another girl had long earrings on, fake nails and was standing there talking away while you can hear the phones being on hold. I will go across town next time before I visit this store again.

Told me 20-25 mins I've been here for almost an hour waiting for just a large pizza and wings. Guy calling out orders just ignored me when I asked him wheee my ranch and jalapeños were that I ordered

This Me N Ed's is where it's at. The pizza never disappoints. But my salad, omg, was sooooo delicious!! I've gotten salad at other Me n Ed locations and they were a miss, but they took care of me here and I'm so pleased. Thank you to Eva, the assistant manager, who helped take my order and made it even better.

I called four large pizzas for pick up. They said ready in 30 minutes. I waited an additional 15 minutes and then I was told they forgot to make two of my pizzas!! I will never go back! How do you forget to make everything on the order when it's printed out for them!!! Why is it so difficult to find competent employees!!

Absolutely recommend this location very clean and professional. The food was amazing even though they were understaffed last night .... took a little longer than the norm HOWEVER I appreciate how apologetic and communicative they were with me really makes me feel like we are all human just doing our jobs ! I love their calzones here and the workers are seriously the BEST! Don't forget to order extra ranch it's AMAZING!

Always an hour long wait sadly, but the food never disappoints just wish the managers did their job better
